Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar ruedas de corte de pequeño tamaño (1) destinadas a producir líneas de rotura controlada grabadas, presentando la rueda un eje de giro (D) y una línea periférica radial (2) que define una periferia exterior de la rueda (1) y que presenta, al menos parcialmente, una arista de corte con una estructura dentada con dientes dispuestos a cierta distancia unos de otros y separados por espacios interdentales (8), extendiéndose a ambos lados de la línea periférica radial (2) de la rueda (1) unas zonas laterales (6) y formándose la estructura dentada mediante un rayo láser por el método de eliminar parcialmente la zona periférica de la rueda en la zona de la línea periférica radial exterior (2) y en las zonas de superficie de la rueda (1) lateralmente adyacentes, caracterizado porque el rayo láser se dirige, en esencia paralelamente a un plano principal (3), sobre la superficie periférica de la rueda y se guía por la periferia exterior de la rueda (1) eliminando material de tal manera que se estructura la misma, - porque en al menos una parte de los espacios interdentales (8), o en todos ellos, resultan unas aristas de corte (9) que se extienden, al menos con una componente direccional, en un plano principal (3) perpendicular al eje de giro (D) de la rueda y - porque las aristas de corte (9) de los espacios interdentales (8) se hallan al menos aproximadamente en un mismo plano que las aristas de corte (5) de los dientes, de tal modo que todas las aristas de corte (5, 9) de los dientes y de los espacios interdentales (8) se hallan a una distancia lateral <= 5 μm del plano principal central que comprende la línea periférica (2) de la rueda (1), y porque la eliminación se realiza mediante un rayo láser de un láser de pico-segundos o de un láser de femtosegundos (60).
