Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar espumas de poliuretano con emisión de formaldehído reducida mediante la reacción de A1 compuestos que presentan átomos de hidrógeno que pueden reaccionar frente a isocianatos con un peso molecular de 400 - 15.000, A2 dado el caso compuestos que presentan átomos de hidrógeno que pueden reaccionar frente a isocianatos con un peso molecular de 62 - 399, A3 agua y/o agente de expansión físico, A4 dado el caso coadyuvantes y aditivos, A5 compuestos con al menos un grupo semicarbazida, con B di o poliisocianatos.

estabilizador Tegostab® B 8734 LF (Degussa-Goldschmidt). Componente A4-2: activador Jeffcat® ZR 50 (Huntsman); una amina que contiene un grupo funcional que reacciona químicamente con
el isocianato. Componente A4-3: activador Dabco® NE 300 (Air Products); contiene un derivado de urea. Componente A5-1: fenilsemicarbazida
10 Componente A5-2: toluilen-bis-semicarbazida, mezcla del isómero 2,4 (IV) y del isómero 2,6 (V) en proporción 80 : 20.
Preparación del componente A5-2:
En una solución de 100 g de una solución acuosa de hidrazina al 35 % y 1000 ml de tetrahidrofurano se gotearon a
15 temperatura ambiente (21 ºC) 92,5 g de una mezcla del 80 % de 2,4-toluilendiisocianato y el 20 % de 2,6toluilendiisocianato. A continuación se calentó la mezcla resultante hasta 40 ºC y se mantuvo durante 2 horas a 40 ºC. A continuación se enfrió la mezcla hasta 10 ºC y se separó por decantación la fase sobrenadante que contenía el disolvente orgánico tetrahidrofurano. A la fase acuosa que queda se le añadieron 500 ml de metanol. A temperatura ambiente se agitó esta mezcla durante 15 horas, a continuación se separó por filtración el precipitado finamente
20 cristalino obtenido y entonces se secó el precipitado finamente cristalino obtenido a vacío. Se obtuvieron 101 g de polvo finamente cristalino.Índice de OH medido: 400 mg de KOH / g
