Abstract

Técnicas mejoradas para la producción de bronce dorado por interdifusión de estaño y cobre en condiciones controladas.#Artículo con aspecto de bronce dorado, sustrato de múltiples capas, procedimientos relacionados y utilizaciones de los mismos. Los procedimientos incluyen el recocido de un sustrato de múltiples capas a una temperatura de recocido durante un tiempo de permanencia. El sustrato de múltiples capas comprende un núcleo, contiguo a una capa de cobre y una subsiguiente capa de estaño. La temperatura de recocido y el tiempo de permanencia son controlados uno con respecto al otro para permitir la difusión de la capa de estaño dentro de la capa de cobre. El grosor de la capa de estaño está de acuerdo con el grosor de la capa de cobre, de tal manera que la capa de bronce externa interdifundida tiene un contenido de estaño entre 8% en peso y 15,8% en peso.
