Abstract

Un marcador de posición para su implantación en cuerpo humano o de animal, comprendiendo el marcador de posición: un primer cuerpo tubular que tiene una superficie de funda con una pluralidad de aberturas para el crecimiento infiltrante de tejido adyacente; al menos un segundo cuerpo tubular que tiene una superficie de funda con una pluralidad de aberturas, estando dispuesto el segundo cuerpo tubular al menos parcialmente dentro del primer cuerpo tubular, caracterizado por que al menos dos segundos cuerpos tubulares (3', 3" y 3"') están alojados lado a lado uno junto a otro en el primer cuerpo (4).

MODOS DE REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTES
La fig. 1 muestra una representación en perspectiva de un primer modo de realización de un marcador de posición que 55 no está de acuerdo con la invención pero que es útil para la comprensión de la misma, en la que los cuerpos tubulares 2, 3 y 4 están dispuestos parcialmente uno dentro de otro.
El cuerpo tubular 4, que tiene el diámetro más grande, aloja los cuerpos tubulares 2 y 3 de diámetro más pequeño. El cuerpo tubular 3, que tiene el siguiente diámetro más grande, aloja el cuerpo tubular 2 de diámetro más pequeño.

A la longitud o altura deseada, los cuerpos tubulares 2, 3, 4 pueden estar acoplados entre sí y fijados en la posición correspondiente insertando las clavijas correspondientes 8 dentro de los orificios 25.
Las clavijas 8 pueden tener medios de tope o y/o de pasador correspondientes en sus extremos, tales como ganchos (no mostrado), para garantizar que las clavijas 8 estén aseguradas en los orificios 25. Adicionalmente, son concebibles otros medios de conexión, tales como tornillos con orificios roscados y similares.
Los cuerpos tubulares 2, 3, 4 tienen en su superficie de funda 10 una pluralidad de aberturas 9 que, en el modo de realización mostrado en la fig. 1, tienen una conformación hexagonal y están dispuestos uniformemente en filas y columnas, de este modo de produce una estructura generalmente de nido de abeja. A causa de esta estructura de nido de abeja, se garantiza un crecimiento infiltrante sencillo de tejido combinado con estabilidad y resistencia simultáneas del marcador de posición. Adicionalmente, se reduce el peso del marcador de posición. Debido a la formación de múltiples paredes a causa de la disposición de cuerpos tubulares 2 a 4 uno dentro de otro, el crecimiento infiltrante de tejido no está impedido al menos en las regiones solapantes, a pesar del incremento en estabilidad y resistencia.
Las fig. 3 y 4 son una representación en perspectiva (fig. 3) y una vista en planta (fig. 4) de otro modo de realización de un marcador de posición 1 que no está de acuerdo con la invención pero que es útil para la comprensión de la misma, en la que las partes similares o idénticas se proporcionan con los mismos números.
El modo de realización de las fig. 3 y 4 difiere del de las fig. 2 y 1 esencialmente en que los cuerpos tubulares 2 a 4 están alojados completamente uno dentro de otro de modo que los cuerpos tubulares 2 y 3 no sobresalen más allá del borde superior 5 del cuerpo tubular 4.
Como resultado, los bordes 5, 6, 7 de los cuerpos tubulares 2 a 4 forman un plano de contacto común para, por ejemplo, que se forme una vértebra adyacente. Debido a que los tres cuerpos tubulares 2 a 4 están dispuestos uno dentro de otro y están espaciados uno de otro, el resultado en comparación con un único cuerpo tubular, es una superficie de contacto mucho mayor en forma de un anillo, sin la necesidad de proporcionar placas terminales adicionales o similares.
Los extremos de los cuerpos tubulares 2 a 4 de los modos de realización de las fig. 1 a 4 tienen cada uno salientes 11 en forma de barras salientes o puntas y hendiduras 12, de modo que resultan bordes corrugados totales 5 a 7. Los salientes 11 y las hendiduras 12 se pueden realizar eliminando por corte o cortando a la longitud de la estructura de los cuerpos tubulares 2 a 4 perpendicular al eje longitudinal, de forma más precisa aproximadamente en el medio de una serie de aberturas 9. En consecuencia, las hendiduras 12 tienen una conformación con secciones de pared paralelas en la proximidad de los salientes 11 y un fondo triangular, que conecta las secciones de pared paralelas.
Los salientes 11 y las hendiduras 12 se acoplan con partes de cuerpo adyacentes, tales como vértebras o tejido adyacente y permiten el crecimiento excesito con el tejido correspondiente.
Además, la representación detallada de la fig. 3 muestra los orificios 25 o receptores para las clavijas 8 para la conexión de los cuerpos tubulares 2, 3, 4. En lugar de las clavijas 8 y orificios 25, también se pueden usar tornillos y orificios roscados.
En la fig. 4, se puede observar que los cuerpos tubulares dispuestos concéntricamente 2 a 4, que están formados cada uno como un cilindro en los modos de realización de la fig. 1 a 4, están espaciados entre sí y se sostienen por barras finas individuales 13, que, a su vez, están espaciadas entre sí por un determinado ángulo de rotación. En el modo de realización mostrado en la fig. 4, las barras 13 están espaciadas entre sí por un ángulo de rotación de 120°.
Al contrario que las clavijas 8, que pueden ser desmontables y/o conectables directamente durante la cirugía implicando el marcador de posición de los modos de realización de la fig. 1 y 2, las barras 13 pueden tener una conexión unida sólida (conexión material), por ejemplo por medio de soldadura con láser, con los cuerpos tubulares 2 a 4, de modo que el marcador de posición esté ya fabricado.
Las fig. 5 a 8 muestran en varias representaciones otro modo de realización de un marcador de posición que no está de acuerdo con la invención pero es útil para la comprensión de la misma, que, al igual que los modos de realización de las fig. 1 a 4, se puede usar en especial como marcadores de posición para vértebras. Aquí, también, se proporcionan componentes idénticos o similares con los mismos números de referencia.
