Abstract
本发明公开了一种多孔钽钽棒,钽棒的边壁上具有凹槽,在钽棒的长度方向上设置有围绕钽棒中心的环形空腔,环形空腔与边壁上的凹槽相通,环形凹槽从钽棒的头部开始,结束于钽棒的下部,环形空腔的长度小于钽棒的长度,钽棒的底部具有尖刺,凹槽下方的钽棒边壁的厚度为上薄下厚。本发明设置有环形空腔,通过在环形空腔内塞入碎骨,碎骨可以透过边壁上的凹槽与钻洞的内壁相接触;另外钽棒底端设置有尖刺,在安放钽棒的时候,尖刺会刺入钻洞的底端,而且在尖刺上面具有凹点,便于骨髓细胞沿着尖刺蔓延到钽棒上,这样提高了钽棒治疗的成功率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手术器械。
背景技术
人体的股关节是非常重要的部件,当髋关节发生病变,比如关节坏死的情况下,需要取出坏死的组织然后向股关节内填充一些人造材料。目前采用的填充材料多是多孔钽材料。手术时,先用电钻在股关节上钻孔,然后将孔内坏死的关节组织取出,再将钽棒填入孔内,最后用健康的碎骨组织填充缝隙并缝合伤口。
在使用钽棒进行治疗的过程中,钻孔的大小要求和钽棒的大小相一致,在实际的手术过程中,钻孔的孔径和深度是大于钽棒的,这样就会造成钽棒的底端和钻洞的底部不能接触,在钽棒植入后,不能发挥骨诱导作用,造成治疗的失败。
同时在植入的过程中,钽棒需要承受较大的力,有些钽棒就会被扭断或者在最后填充碎骨的时候被敲断。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多孔钽钽棒,提高手术的成功率。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种多孔钽钽棒,其特征在于:钽棒的边壁上具有凹槽,在钽棒的长度方向上设置有围绕钽棒中心的环形空腔,环形空腔与边壁上的凹槽相通,环形凹槽从钽棒的头部开始,结束于钽棒的下部,环形空腔的长度小于钽棒的长度,钽棒的底部具有尖刺。
凹槽下方的钽棒边壁的厚度为上薄下厚。
所述尖刺均匀的分布在钽棒的底部,在尖刺的长度方向上设置有连续排列的凹点。
所述尖刺的长度为0.2至0.5cm。
所述钽棒还包括容纳钽棒的保护管,保护管的两端开口,内腔中空,其中保护管为钽棒长度的三分之一。
所述保护管表面设置有通孔。
所述通孔设置于保护管的中部。
所述钽棒为多孔坦材料制成。
所述保护管为钛合金制成。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1至图16所示,一种多孔钽钽棒,钽棒1的边壁上具有凹槽1-1,在钽棒的长度方向上设置有围绕钽棒中心的环形空腔1-2,环形空腔与边壁上的凹槽相通,环形凹槽从钽棒的头部开始,结束于钽棒的下部,环形空腔的长度小于钽棒的长度,钽棒的底部具有尖刺1-3。
凹槽下方靠近钽棒底端一侧的钽棒边壁的厚度为上薄下厚。
所述钽棒还包括容纳钽棒的保护管1-3,为钛合金制成,保护管的两端开口,内腔中空,其中保护管为钽棒长度的三分之一,所述保护管表面设置有通孔。
钽棒底端设置有尖刺1-3,在安放钽棒的时候,尖刺会刺入钻洞的底端,而且在尖刺上面具有凹点1-4,便于骨髓细胞沿着尖刺蔓延到钽棒上,在塞入钽棒以后,在环形空腔内塞入碎骨,碎骨可以透过边壁上的凹槽与钻洞的内壁相接触,碎骨也将钽棒环形空腔两边的边壁联系起来,从钻洞内壁上延伸过来的组织细胞可以通过碎骨这个桥梁来进入到整个钽棒上,凹槽下方靠近钽棒底端一侧的钽棒边壁的厚度为上薄下厚,碎骨可以充分的堆积,便于碎骨从凹槽处露出,如上的结构可以提高钽棒治疗的成功率。
保护管的作用是用于保护钽棒在塞入过程中不会发生断裂,可以在手术前先将保护管套在钽棒上,位置选择可以是钽棒的上部、中部或者下部,然后再将钽棒敲击进入钻洞内。在钽棒完全塞入钻洞后,使用碎骨将钽棒覆盖掩埋,这时需要较大的力度来敲击,保护管就可以保护钽棒不会受力折断,钽棒上具有通孔1-5,可以保证组织细胞的成长,不会因为保护管而隔离细胞。

在使用时,先将簧片从保护管上去除,再将保护管放置到清洁装置底座上的凹槽内,使得保护管的两个开口分别与底座侧壁上的进孔和出口相接,然后将清洁带从清洁带容纳装置内拉出,放置到托台上,单片机控制直线电机压下伸缩杆,最下端的重力球挤压落入口,落入口变形撑大,这样重力球的下降,清洁带上的T型头被挤压入重力球的T型槽内,然后压缩空气进孔喷出压缩空气,推动重力球带动清洁带克服清洁袋容纳装置内卷簧的拉力而沿着保护管管体运动,尽管保护管上有较大的空隙或孔,但是由于压缩空气流速比较大,同时也由于重力球的直径与管体的直接相配合,因此重力球也会比较顺利的在管体内前进,单片机控制摇摆杆保持水平,清洁袋缓缓从摇摆杆的方孔内穿过,当重力球运动至出孔时,重力球掉出,单片机控制压缩空气停止,由于重力的作用,重力球会向下运动,在经过了升降片后,落入垃圾盒。摇摆杆上的比阻结稍微小些的方孔会卡住阻结,随后,单片机控制摇摆杆向下,重力球提升,由于升降片是倾斜向下设置的,当重力球向上运动时,被升降片卡住,但是此时,升降片会向上滑动,摇摆杆运动至最下端时,升降片运动至最上端,如此反复,清洁带会左右运动,如此的左右运动就会使用清洁带上的绒毛来对管体内部进行清洁,反复几次后就可以清洁干净。
清洁干净后,摇摆杆摇摆至其摇摆幅度的最下方,此时重力头被卡在升降片的楔形槽内,升降片上升至最高处,整个清洁带被拉紧,单片机控制直线电机输出杆下降,压下另外一个重力球,清洁带的第二个T型头被卡入重力球的T型槽内,然后,单片机控制直线电机将切片下降,切断清洁带,这样第一段清洁带由于重力的作用落入垃圾盒内,清洁人员拿下管体,就可以进行进一步的消毒工作。摇摆杆反向旋转使得摇摆杆至方孔向上的竖直状态,避开阻结,若需要再次自动清洁管体,就将管体放置在清洁装置的凹槽内,然后单片机开启压缩空气推动重力球穿过管体,待阻结离开摇摆杆范围后,摇摆杆由旋转至最初的水平位置等待阻挡下一个阻结,随后反复上文所述的步骤进行清洁即可。 此种对管体的清洁可以办自动化完成,提高了清洁的效率,减少了医护人员的时间。
