Abstract
Componente estructural híbrido apantallado frente a CEM que garantiza un apantallado o una amortiguación de > 50 db en el intervalo de frecuencias desde 100 MHz hasta 1 GHz según la norma ASTM D-4935-89, caracterizado por que a) está compuesto de un componente de lámina orgánica que, a su vez, está hecho a partir de un material textil tejido o un material textil tendido en múltiples capas a partir de un material de carga en forma de fibras en el que están incorporadas además fibras de carbono o fibras metálicas, estando este material textil tejido o material textil tendido empotrado en un termoplástico y b) está compuesto adicionalmente de un componente de plástico adicional que presenta una alta conductividad eléctrica, que se expresa por una resistencia específica de hasta 103 Ω cm según la norma ISO 3915 y una resistencia superficial de hasta 103 Ω según la norma IEC 60093, añadiéndose al componente de plástico, con respecto a un 100 % en volumen del contenido de material de carga total, fibras de carbono, fibras metálicas o nanotubos de carbono en el intervalo del 0,1-30 % en volumen, situándose el contenido de material de carga total en el intervalo del 0,1-50 % en volumen con respecto al 100 % en volumen del componente de plástico.
