Abstract
Un polinucleótido aislado, seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: (a) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que tiene una identidad secuencial de al menos 85% con respecto a la ID. SEC. nº 1, o el complemento de la misma; (b) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica, o es complementaria de una secuencia que codifica, un polipéptido 029cel que tiene una identidad secuencial de al menos 85% con respecto a la secuencia de aminoácidos ID. SEC. nº 3; (c) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica, o es complementaria de una secuencia que codifica, un polipéptido 029cel que tiene una identidad secuencial de al menos 90% con respecto a la secuencia de aminoácidos ID. SEC. nº 3; (d) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica, o es complementaria de una secuencia que codifica, un polipéptido 029cel que tiene una identidad secuencial de al menos 95% con respecto a la secuencia de aminoácidos ID. SEC. nº 3; y (e) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica, o es complementaria de una secuencia que codifica, un polipéptido 029cel que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos ID. SEC. nº 3; en donde dicho polinucleótido aislado codifica un polipéptido que tiene la actividad biológica de una celulasa y en donde la identidad se determina mediante el programa CLUSTAL-W en MacVector versión 6.5, ejecutado con los parámetros por omisión que incluyen una penalización por hueco abierto de 10,0, una penalización por hueco extendido de 0,1 y una matriz de similitudes BLOSUM 30.
