Abstract
Un método para producir una poliolefina, comprendiendo el método: determinar una temperatura óptima de operación para producir una poliolefina en un sistema de reactor delecho fluidizado; seleccionar un catalizador basado en óxido de cromo que ha sido reducido con etóxido dedietil-aluminio (DEAlE) basado en las propiedades deseadas de la poliolefina alcanzadas a la temperatura deoperación; poner en contacto un monómero con el catalizador basado en óxido de cromo en el sistema de reactor delecho fluidizado; enfriar una corriente de reciclo del sistema de reactor de lecho fluidizado a fin de mantener la temperaturaóptima de operación; y alimentar oxígeno al sistema de reactor de lecho fluidizado para mantener en el sistema de reactor de lechofluidizado una cantidad eficaz de oxígeno necesaria para minimizar el ensuciamiento del sistema de reactorde lecho fluidizado; en donde el catalizador es un óxido de cromo sobre sílice deshidratada, en donde el oxígeno se alimenta al sistema de reactor de lecho fluidizado a una tasa equivalente a desdemás de 0 a menos de 0,05 partes por millón de oxígeno con relación a una tasa volumétrica del monómeroañadido al sistema de reactor de lecho fluidizado, y en donde la temperatura óptima de operación es tal que una temperatura máxima en el sistema de reactor delecho fluidizado es menor que aproximadamente 20ºC por debajo del punto de fusión de la poliolefina.
