Abstract

Uso de un granulado de vidrio, que está revestido superficialmente con una capa protectora, que contiene bien al menos un compuesto orgánico de silicio y al menos un material duroplástico o al menos una matriz polimérica inorgánica, como material de agregado inastillable en cuerpos y revestimientos de material de construcción aglomerados de manera mineral/inorgánica, particularmente en hormigón.

Claims (12)

  1. REIVINDICACIONES
    1.
    Uso de un granulado de vidrio, que está revestido superficialmente con una capa protectora, que contiene bien al menos un compuesto orgánico de silicio y al menos un material duroplástico o al menos una matriz polimérica inorgánica, como material de agregado inastillable en cuerpos y revestimientos de material de construcción aglomerados de manera mineral/inorgánica, particularmente en hormigón.

    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el compuesto orgánico de silicio es un compuesto con la fórmula general
    Y-(CH2)n SiX3
    en la que X es un átomo de halógeno tal como flúor, cloro, bromo y yodo o un grupo alcoxi con 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, Y es un grupo amino, un grupo carboxilo, un grupo ciano, un grupo metacriloxi, un grupo epóxido, un grupo mercapto o en su caso un grupo vinilo sustituido por arilo o aralquilo y n es un número de 0 a 30, particularmente de 0 a

    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que el material duroplástico es una resina de dialilftalato, una resina de epóxido, una resina de urea formaldehído, una resina de melamina-formaldehído, una resina de melamina-fenol-formaldehído, una resina de fenol-formaldehído o una resina de poliéster insaturada.

    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado por el hecho de que la resina de epóxido es un barniz de resina de epóxido a base de bisfenol-A/bisfenol-A/F.

    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que la matriz polimérica inorgánica está compuesta de vidrio soluble, fosfato de monoaluminio o materias primas cerámicas.

    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por el hecho de que el vidrio está compuesto esencialmente por vidrio claro y la capa protectora está teñida.

    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por el hecho de que el vidrio teñido presenta una constancia en el color con temperaturas superiores a 300 ºC.

    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en el que el granulado de vidrio presenta partículas de vidrio, caracterizado por el hecho de que las partículas de vidrio contienen vidrio reciclado.
  10. 9.
    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en el que el granulado de vidrio presenta partículas de vidrio, caracterizado por el hecho de que las partículas de vidrio presentan un diámetro medio de 0,5 a 64 mm, particularmente de 1 hasta 32 mm.
  11. 10.
    Uso del granulado de vidrio según una de las reivindicaciones 1 hasta 7 como medio de deslizamiento para actos deportivos y eventos.
  12. 11.
    Uso de un granulado de vidrio según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el revestimiento de material de construcción es un revestimiento de pavimento.
