Abstract

El documento D01 divulga un inodoro con cisterna que comprende una taza (4) con un reborde superior y un tanque de agua (1), pudiéndose descargar el agua de dicho tanque (1) al interior de dicha taza (4) a través de dicho reborde superior, con el tanque de agua (1) situado alrededor de la superficie externa de dicha taza (4), por debajo de la altura definida por el reborde superior de dicha taza (4). El tanque (1) de agua presenta una forma complementaria a la superficie externa de la taza (4) en su parte frontal. El tanque (1) es una sola pieza con la taza (4). El tanque (4) comprende una salida de agua (3) de agua provista de un conducto (2) situado por encima de la altura definida por el reborde superior de la taza (4). Comprende también un elemento de descarga (10) que impulsa aire (9) para descargar el agua del tanque (1) al interior de la taza (4) (descripción y figuras 1-5). El hecho de que el tanque (1) este adherido a la superficie externa de la taza o que forme una sola pieza con esta, es algo carente de efecto técnico relevante de cara a la esencialidad de la invención y carente también de actividad inventiva. Del mismo modo, la presencia de la carcasa, se encuentra carente de efecto técnico novedoso y de actividad inventiva. Que el tanque y la taza sean de material cerámico, es algo ampliamente difundido en el estado de la técnica relevante al objeto de la invención, como puede verse en el documento D04. A la vista de este documento D01, las reivindicaciones 1-11 se encuentran carentes de actividad inventiva. El documento D02 divulga un inodoro de bajo consumo de agua que comprende una taza (10) con un reborde superior (57) y un tanque de agua (20), pudiéndose descargar el agua de dicho tanque (20) al interior de dicha taza (10) a través de dicho reborde superior (57), con el tanque de agua (20) situado alrededor de la superficie externa de dicha taza (10), por debajo de la altura definida por el reborde superior (57) de dicha taza (10). El tanque (20) de agua presenta una forma complementaria a la superficie externa de la taza (10) en su parte frontal. El tanque (20) es una sola pieza con la taza (10). El tanque (20) comprende una salida de agua (35) de agua provista de un tubo situado a la altura definida por el reborde superior (57) de la taza (4). Comprende un elemento de descarga (25) para descargar el agua del tanque (20) al interior de la taza (10) (descripción y figura 1). A la vista de este documento D02, las reivindicaciones 1-11 se encuentran carentes de actividad inventiva. The water tank (20) has a shape complementary to the outer surface of the cup (10) in its front part. The tank (20) is one piece with the cup (10). The tank (20) comprises a water outlet (35) of water provided with a tube located at the height defined by the upper flange (57) of the cup (4). It comprises a discharge element (25) to discharge the water from the tank (20) into the cup (10) (description and figure 1). In view of this document D02, claims 1-11 are devoid of inventive activity. Documents D03 and D04 are merely a reflection of the state of the art in relation to the object of the invention.
