Abstract

Barril con tapones, obtenido por soplado de material sintético termoplástico, con aros de rodadura de forma de L en sección transversal que rodean a la envolvente del barril, que están dispuestos en la parte de cabeza y en la parte de fondo y que se han moldeado directamente a partir de la envolvente de barril, estando orientado hacia arriba el puente vertical del aro de rodadura situado en la zona de la parte de cabeza y estando orientado hacia abajo el puente correspondiente situado en la zona de la parte de fondo, con lo que las acanaladuras de los aros de rodadura abiertas en cada caso hacia arriba y hacia abajo forman las ranuras de encaje para un útil de agarre y de transporte, caracterizado porque el espesor de pared de las ramas horizontales, conservando una profundidad igual por todas partes de las ranuras de los aros de rodadura, disminuye continuamente, comenzando en la zona de la costura de separación del molde y llegando a un ángulo de contorno del barril de 90º, hasta un espesor de pared correspondiente al grueso de la envolvente del barril y a partir de allí aumenta continuamente hacia la zona de la costura inmediatamente siguiente de separación del molde, estando ensanchada la rama horizontal del aro de rodadura situado junto a la parte de cabeza en la zona de la máxima acumulación de material por medio de unos entrantes de la envolvente orientados hacia el interior del barril.
