Abstract

Espuma de poliuretano flexible que tiene una densidad de 25-70 kg/m3, una resistencia a la compresión al 40% (CLD) de 5-15 kPa, un aumento de volumen a saturación de agua de como mucho el 25% y una capacidad de tamponamiento de agua del 40-60%.

Claims (7)

1. Espuma de poliuretano flexible que tiene una densidad de 25-70 kg/m^{3}, una resistencia a la compresión al 40% (CLD) de 5-15 kPa, un aumento de volumen a saturación de agua de como mucho el 25% y una capacidad de tamponamiento de agua del 40-60%.
2. Espuma según la reivindicación 1, en la que la densidad es de 26-60 kg/m^{3}, la CLD es de 5-12 kPa y el aumento de volumen es de cómo mucho el 15%.
3. Procedimiento para preparar una espuma de poliuretano flexible según las reivindicaciones 1-2, que comprende hacer reaccionar a un índice de isocianato de 20-70 y a un índice de agua de 200-400
-
un prepolímero de poliisocianato que tiene un índice de NCO del 20-30% en peso y preparado haciendo reaccionar un poliisocianato que comprende el 30-80% en peso de diisocianato de difenilmetano y el 20-70% en peso de homólogos de este diisocianato, teniendo los homólogos una funcionalidad isocianato de 3 ó más, calculándose ambas cantidades con respecto a la cantidad de poliisocianato, y un poliol que tiene un peso molecular promedio de 62-1000 y una funcionalidad de hidroxilo nominal promedio de 2-4,
-
un polioxietileno-polioxipropileno poliol o una mezcla de tales polioles, teniendo el poliol o la mezcla una funcionalidad de hidroxilo nominal promedio de 2-4, un peso molecular promedio de 2000-8000 y un contenido en oxietileno promedio del 25-50% en peso, calculado con respecto al peso de este poliol o mezcla, respectivamente,
-
agua, y
-
opcionalmente agentes de reticulación y/o de extensión de cadena reactivos con isocianato que tienen un peso molecular promedio de 60-1999, y
-
opcionalmente en presencia de agentes auxiliares y aditivos usados en la técnica de los poliuretanos.
4. Procedimiento para preparar una espuma según la reivindicación 3, en la que el poliol usado en la preparación del prepolímero comprende grupos oxietileno en una cantidad de al menos el 50% en peso, calculado con respecto al peso de este poliol, y en el que este poliol tiene un peso molecular promedio de 250-800.
5. Procedimiento para preparar una espuma según las reivindicaciones 3-4, en el que la espuma se prepara según el procedimiento de espumación libre o el procedimiento de espumación libre limitado.
6. Medio de crecimiento de plantas, pared verde y/o techo verde que comprende una espuma según las reivindicaciones 1-2 y/o una espuma preparada según las reivindicaciones 3-5.
7. Uso de una espuma según las reivindicaciones 1-2, y/o una espuma preparada según las reivindicaciones 3-5, como medio de crecimiento de plantas, en techos verdes y/o en paredes verdes.
