Abstract

Jeringa pro-llenada, de fácil activación, que incluye: un elemento de cuerpo cilíndrico que define una cámara sustancialmente tubular provista de una sección de pared interna; un dispositivo que define un elemento de boquilla que comunica con dicha cámara tubular y en la cual puede sujetarse una tapa, en un caso, y una aguja hipodérmica en otro caso; un elemento de estanqueidad perforable acoplado herméticamente con la sección de pared interna de dicho elemento de cuerpo cilíndrico y separado de dicho elemento de boquilla para formar un compartimento para un material medicinal; un elemento de perforación deslizante situado en dicho cuerpo cilíndrico de la jeringa y separado de dicho elemento de estanqueidad perforable, incluyendo dicho elemento de perforación: un elemento de perforación tubular provisto de puntas de perforación dispuestas en oposición; un dispositivo soportado por dicho elemento de perforación y dicho elemento de estanqueidad perforable para situar una de dichas puntas de perforación en contacto no perforante con dicho elemento de estanqueidad y, cuando se desplaza dicho elemento de perforación deslizante hacia dicho elemento de estanqueidad perforable, para situar dicho elemento de perforación en posición de acoplamiento perforante y en comunicación con dicho compartimento; un recipiente obturado que contiene un material fluido construido y dispuesto de modo que pueda acoplarse con otra punta de perforación de dicho elemento de perforación y de modo que pueda ser perforado por ella para obtener la comunicación con el contenido de dicho vial; unas capas protectoras acopladas herméticamente con dicho elemento de boquilla y dicha otra punta de perforación, con lo cual, estando dicho elemento de perforación y dicha punta de perforación separados de dicho elemento de estanqueidad perforable, el movimiento de dicho elemento de perforación deslizante hacia dicho elemento de estanqueidad provoca la perforación de dicho elemento de estanqueidad perforable y el acoplamiento con dicho elemento de estanqueidad, así como la comunicación con dicho compartimiento, y asegurando el posicionamiento de dicho vial obturado en posición de acoplamiento perforante con dicha otra punta de perforación de dicho elemento de perforación, la comunicación del fluido, entre dicho vial y dicho compartimento, produciendo el movimiento de dicho vial hacia dicho elemento de perforación, la penetración de dicho material fluido en el interior de dicho compartimento, con el mezclado resultante de estos materiales, y produciendo un movimiento suplementario de dicho vial hacia dicho elemento de estanqueidad perforable la expulsión de dicha mezcla a partir de dicho elemento de boquilla.
