Abstract

Olla a presión formada por una olla y una tapadera de cierre hermético que se caracteriza por el hecho de que la olla va provista de un borde perimétrico liso acodado hacia fuera y la tapadera de una pieza de cierre que puede girar concéntricamente a la misma presentando la tapadera (3) y la pieza de cierre en la mitad de su perímetro como máximo rebordeados que agarran por debajo el borde de la olla y están configurados y dispuestos de modo que se pueden desplazar encajando el uno dentro del otro, de tal modo que el borde de la olla se puede liberar por lo menos en la mitad de su perímetro de los rebordeados.
