Abstract
Un método para unir películas de fluororresina, que es un método para unir películas (A) fabricadas de una fluororresina, por el cual dos láminas de películas (A) se disponen de modo que sus bordes solapen entre sí, una parte central (b1) de la parte solapante (B) se une por presión con calentamiento a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 5ºC a por encima en 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina, y después el área completa de la parte (B) se une por presión a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 30ºC a por debajo en más de 5ºC, que el punto de fusión, para solada las dos láminas de películas (A).
Description
Método para unir películas de fluororresina.
La presente invención se refiere a un método
para unir películas de fluororresina.
Habitualmente se usa una película ancha para un
material de recubrimiento para uso agrícola. Una película a
producir de forma industrial, tal como una película de cloruro de
polivinilo para uso agrícola (a partir de ahora mencionado como una
película de PVC agrícola) tiene una anchura de 1 a 4 m, y las
películas se unen entre sí para obtener una película más ancha que
se usa para un material de recubrimiento para uso agrícola. Como
método de unión, es habitual emplear un método de unión en que los
bordes de dos láminas de películas se solapan, y la parte solapante
se suelda por unión por presión con calentamiento.
Sin embargo, si se unen películas de
fluororresina por dicho método de unión convencional, el área
completa de la parte solapante es une por presión con calentamiento
a una temperatura de al menos el punto de fusión de la
fluororresina por una máquina de unión por presión con calor, por lo
cual la resistencia de la parte soldada en contacto con la parte de
borde del calentador de la máquina de unión por presión con calor,
tiende a ser baja, y será un problema que la resistencia de rotura
en la parte soldada y su parte periférica tienda a ser baja. Para
resolver dicho problema, a veces puede emplearse un método de unión
donde la soldadura se realiza por unión por presión con
calentamiento a una temperatura más baja que el punto de fusión de
la fluororresina. Sin embargo, dicho método tiene el problema de
que si la temperatura es baja, la parte solapante puede no soldarse
suficientemente, y por consiguiente, la parte soldada de la película
probablemente experimente desprendimiento.
Además en un caso en el que se usa dicha
película de fluororresina como material para una estructura de
película, existirá el problema de que la parte soldada de la
película probablemente experimente desprendimiento, como se ha
mencionado anteriormente.
El documento
JP-A-07-032481
describe un método para unir películas de plástico que contienen
flúor de forma mutua y continua que se caracteriza por un método
donde las películas se calientan previamente, después, las
películas se unen a través de una prensa caliente durante 1 segundo
a 200ºC o más a una presión de 0,5 kg/cm o más y, después de ello,
se enfrían.

describe un método para unir películas, donde las partes a unir se
superponen. Después, esta parte se funde por calentamiento, y se
une una cinta adhesiva al menos sobre una superficie lateral entre

encima de la temperatura de transición vítrea, poniendo un polímero

Un objeto de la presente invención es
proporcionar un método para unir películas de fluororresina, por el
cual la parte soldada sea de excelente resistencia de rotura, tenga
elevada resistencia soldada y no sea susceptible al
desprendimiento.
La presente invención proporciona un método para
unir películas de fluororresina, que es un método para unir
películas (A) fabricadas de una fluororresina, por el cual dos
láminas de películas (A) se disponen de modo que sus bordes solapen
entre sí, una parte central (b1) de la parte solapante (B) se une
por presión con calentamiento a una temperatura dentro de un

Las Fig. 1 a 3 ilustran ejemplos de la forma de
sección transversal de la parte unida de películas (A) fabricadas
de una fluororresina, unidas por el método de unión de la presente
invención. La Fig. 1 ilustra la forma de sección transversal de la
parte unida de películas (A)1. La Fig. 2 ilustra la forma de
sección transversal de la parte unida donde una película (C)
fabricada de una fluororresina se superpuso sobre y se soldó a
películas (A)1; y la Fig. 3 ilustra la forma de sección
transversal de la parte unidad donde una película (C)6
fabricada de una fluororresina se superpone sobre y suelda a
películas (A)1 que tienen una capa de tratamiento superficial
hidrófila (D)9 sobre un lateral.
En la Fig. 1, la parte central (b1)3 de
la parte solapante (B)2 de dos láminas de películas
(A)1 se suelda uniendo por presión con calentamiento a una
temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 5ºC a por
encima en 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina, y otra
parte se suelda uniendo por presión con calentamiento a una
temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 30ºC a por
debajo en más de 5ºC, que el punto de fusión. A partir de ahora, la
parte soldad a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo
en 5ºC a por encima en 20ºC que el punto de fusión se mencionará

(C) superpuestas una sobre la otra. También en este caso, se forman
una parte soldada a elevada temperatura 4 y una parte soldada a baja
temperatura 5. Además, en este ejemplo, ambos bordes (c2)8
de la película (C)6 no están soldados.

La Fig. 3 es una vista de sección transversal
similar a la de la Fig. 2 excepto en que las películas a unir son
películas (A)1 que tienen una capa de tratamiento superficial
hidrófila (D)9 sobre un lateral. Concretamente, se forman
una parte soldad que tiene dos capas de una película (A)/una
película (C) solapadas entre sí y una parte soldada que tiene tres
capas de una película (A)/una película (A)/una película (C)
superpuestas una sobre la otra. Además, si se realiza unión por
presión con calor mediante una capa de tratamiento superficial
hidrófila (D), la soldadura será inadecuada, y por consiguiente, no
se forma capa de tratamiento superficial hidrófila (D)9 a lo
largo del borde de una de las películas (A)1 que forman la
parte solapante (B)2, dicha película puede producirse, por
ejemplo, por un método para hacer de forma preliminar dicho borde
cuando la capa de tratamiento superficial hidrófila (D) se forma
sobre la película

Las Fig. 4 y 5 ilustran ejemplos para el proceso
para unir películas (A) de la presente invención. La Fig. 4
ilustra un proceso para unir películas que tienen la forma de
sección transversal de la parte unida ilustrada en la Fig. 1. En la
etapa (I), dos láminas de películas (A)1 se ponen juntas para
que solapen entre sí. Después, en un estado en que una cinta
transportadora 12 fabricada de una lámina protectora está
interpuesta entre un calentador y una película (A), se realizará la
etapa (II). En la Etapa (II), mediante un calentador superior
central (H1)10 y un calentador inferior
(1-12)11, la parte central (b1)3 de la
parte solapante (B)2 se une por presión a una temperatura
dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en al menos 5ºC a por encima en
menos de 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina, para
formar una parte soldada a elevada temperatura 4. Después, en la
etapa (III), mediante el calentador superior (H3)14 y el
calentador inferior (H4)15, se une por presión el área
completa de la parte solapante (B)2 con calentamiento a una
temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 30ºC a por
debajo en más de 5ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina para
formar una parte soldada a baja temperatura 5. Después, en la etapa
(IV), las películas soldadas (A) se enfrían por placas refrigerantes

La Fig. 5 ilustra un proceso para unir películas
que tienen la forma de sección transversal de la parte unida como
se ilustra en la Fig. 3. En la etapa (I), dos láminas de películas
(A)1 que tienen una capa de tratamiento superficial
hidrófila (D)9 sobre un lateral se ponen juntas para que
solapen entre sí. En ese momento, la película superior (A)1
se superpone sobre el borde que no tiene capa de tratamiento
superficial hidrófila (D)9. Después, en la etapa (II), una
película (C)6 que tiene una anchura más ancha que la parte
solapante (B)2 se superpone sobre la parte solapante
(B)2. Después, en la etapa (III), mediante un calentador
superior central (H1)10 y un calentador inferior
(H2)11, la parte central (b1) 3 de la parte solapante
(B)2 se une por presión con calentamiento a una temperatura
dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 5ºC a por encima en menos
de 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina para formar una
parte soldada a elevada temperatura 4. Después, en la etapa (IV),
mediante un calentador superior (H3)14 y un calentador
inferior (H4)15, la parte solapante y la película (C) se
unen por presión con calentamiento a una temperatura dentro de un
intervalo de por debajo en 30ºC a por debajo en más de 5ºC que el
punto de fusión de la fluororresina para soldar las películas (A) y
la película (C) para forma de este modo una parte soldada a
temperatura inferior 5. En el momento de esta unión por presión con
calor, la parte solapante (d)7 de las películas (A) y la
película (C) experimentan deformación, por lo cual se formará una
parte soldada de dos capas de película (A)/película y una parte
soldada de tres capas de película (A)/película (A)/película (C).
Como en este caso, si se usa un calentador superior (H3)14 y
un calentador inferior (H4)15 que tienen una anchura más
estrecha que la anchura de la película (C), ambos bordes
(c2)8 de la película (C) no se soldarán. Después, en la etapa
(V), las películas soldadas (A) y la película (C) se enfrían por
placas refrigerantes 13.
La Fig. 6 ilustra una vista de sección
transversal de una parte de unión por presión con calor de una
máquina de unión por presión con calor a usar para soldar por unión
por presión con calor películas (A)1 fabricadas de una
fluororresina, y la Fig. 7 ilustra una vista superficial de la parte
de unión por presión con calor. Secuencialmente en la dirección de
transporte de la película, la parte de unión por presión con calor
comprende un calentador central superior (H1)10 y un
calentador inferior (H2)1.1 para la unión por presión con
calor de la parte central (b1) de las películas (A) a una
temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 5ºC a por
encima en menos de 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina,
un calentador superior (H3)14 y un calentador inferior
(H4)15 para la unión por presión con calor de la parte
solapante completa a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por
debajo en 30ºC a por debajo en más de 5ºC que el punto de fusión de
la fluororresina, y placas refrigerantes 13. En el momento de la
unión por presión con calor, las películas se transportan por una
cinta transportadora 12. En cuanto a la presión para la unión por
presión con calor, la presión debida al peso del propio calentador
puede ser suficiente, pero puede ejercerse adicionalmente una carga
para aumentar la presión. La presión es preferiblemente de 0,01 a
10 MPa, más preferiblemente de 0,1 a 1 MPa. En el proceso anterior,
el orden del calentador central superior
(1-11)10 y el calentador inferior
(H2)11, y el calentador superior (H3)14 y el
calentador inferior (H4)15, puede invertirse. Además, la
anchura del calentador inferior (H2) o (H4) es preferiblemente
igual o más ancha que la anchura del calentador superior (H3).
Además, la etapa de enfriar las películas soldadas (A) no se
requiere necesariamente, pero habitualmente se prefiere para
insertar la etapa de refrigeración. Se prefiere insertar la etapa
de refrigeración, por lo cual se mejorará adicionalmente la
capacidad de liberación entre la película (A) y la lámina protectora
(la cinta transportadora). Para la refrigeración, en lugar de
emplear placas refrigerantes, etc., también se prefiere usar aire
para enfriar.
En el método de unión de la presente invención,
se disponen dos láminas de películas (A) de modo que sus bordes
solapen entre sí, una parte central (b1) de la parte solapante (B)
se une por presión con calentamiento a una temperatura dentro de un
intervalo de por debajo en 5ºC a por encima en 20ºC que el punto de
fusión de la fluororresina, y después, se une por presión el área
entera de la parte (B) a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de
por debajo en 30ºC a por debajo en más de 5ºC, que el punto de
fusión, para soldar las dos láminas de películas (A).

Además, se disponen dos láminas de películas (A)
de modo que sus bordes solapen entre sí para formar una parte
solapante (B), después se dispone una película (C) fabricada de una
fluororresina de modo que solape sobre la parte solapante (B),
después se une por presión una parte central (b1) de la parte
solapante (B) desde por encima de la película (C) con calentamiento
a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 5ºC a por
encima en 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina, y después
la parte solapante (B) y la película (C) se unen por presión a una
temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 30ºC a por
debajo en más de 5ºC, que el punto de fusión, para soldar las dos
láminas de películas (A) y la película (C).
Cuando las temperaturas de calentamiento se
establecen dentro de los intervalos mencionados anteriormente, la
resistencia de rotura de la parte soldada y su parte periférica de
la película se mejorará. La temperatura de calentamiento en la
parte central (b1) está preferiblemente dentro de un intervalo de
por debajo en 0ºC a por encima en 10ºC, más preferiblemente de por
debajo en 0ºC a por encima en 5ºC, que el punto de fusión de la
fluororresina. La temperatura de calentamiento en la parte solapante
(B), o la parte solapante (B) y la película (C), está
preferiblemente dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 20ºC a por
debajo en más de 5ºC, más preferiblemente de por debajo en 15ºC a
por debajo en más de 5ºC, que el punto de fusión de la
fluororresina.
En la presente invención, la anchura de la parte
solapante (B) de las películas (A) es preferiblemente de 5 a 100
mm, más preferiblemente de 10 a 50 mm, mucho más preferiblemente de
11 a 29 mm.
La anchura de la parte central (b1) es
preferiblemente de 1 a 50 mm, más preferiblemente de 5 a 20 mm.
La anchura de la parte solapante (d) de la
película (C) fabricada de una fluororresina es preferiblemente de
15 a 110 mm, más preferiblemente de 20 a 60 mm, mucho más
preferiblemente de 21 a 39 mm. Además, ambos bordes (c2) de la
película (C) pueden soldarse o no a las películas (A). En un caso en
el que no se sueldan, la anchura no soldada es preferiblemente de
0,5 a 10 mm, más preferiblemente de 0,5 a 5 mm, mucho más
preferiblemente de 0,5 a 2,5 mm, desde el final. Se prefiere que
los bordes (c2) no se suelden, por lo cual se mejorará la
resistencia de rotura en la parte soldada y su parte periférica.
En la presente invención, la anchura de una
película (A) es preferiblemente de 50 a 210 cm, más preferiblemente
de 110 a 160 cm. Es preferido este intervalo, ya que es
habitualmente la anchura recomendada de una material de
recubrimiento para uso agrícola. El grosor de una película (A) es
preferiblemente de 10 a 300 \mum, más preferiblemente de 50 a 100
\mum. Cuando el grosor está dentro de este intervalo, la
resistencia será elevada, y la conducción de calor también será
excelente. La anchura de la película (C) es preferiblemente de 18 a
113 cm, más preferiblemente de 23 a 63 cm, mucho más preferiblemente
de 24 a 43 cm. Además, la anchura de la película (C) es
preferiblemente más ancha que la parte solapante (B), y es
preferiblemente más ancha en 1 a 10 mm, más preferiblemente más
ancha en 2 a 5 mm, que la parte solapante (B). Además, el grosor de
la película (C) es preferiblemente de 10 a 300 \mum, más
preferiblemente de 50 a 100 \mum. Cuando el grosor está dentro de
este intervalo, la resistencia será elevada, y la conducción de
calor será excelente.
De acuerdo con el método de unión de la presente
invención, es posible obtener una película de fluororresina ancha
que tiene al menos dos láminas de películas (A) fabricadas de una
fluororresina, unidas por repetición del método de unión mencionado
anteriormente al menos una vez. Particularmente, tomando en
consideración la eficacia de manejo, etc., se prefiere una película
de fluororresina ancha que tiene una anchura de 1 a 150 m, y es más
preferida una película de fluororresina ancha que tiene una anchura
de 8 a 60 m.
En la presente invención, puede obtenerse un
material de recubrimiento para uso agrícola que está fabricada de
la película de fluororresina ancha que tiene una anchura de 1 a 150
m. Es más preferido un material de recubrimiento para uso agrícola
fabricado de una película de fluororresina ancha que tiene una
anchura de 8 a 60 m.
La fluororresina para las películas (A) puede
ser, por ejemplo, ETFE, un copolímero de
tetrafluoroetileno/perfluoro(alquil vinil éter) (a partir de
ahora mencionado como PFA), un copolímero de
tetrafluoroetileno/hexafluoropropileno (a partir de ahora
mencionado como FEP), un policlorotrifluoroetileno (PCTFE), un
fluoruro de polivinilideno (PVDF) o un fluoruro de polivinilo
(PVF). Se prefiere ETFE, PFA o FEP, y es más preferido ETFE.
ETFE es preferiblemente un copolímero de
tetrafluoroetileno (a partir de ahora mencionado como TFE) con
etileno (a partir de ahora mencionado como E), o un copolímero de
TFE, E y otros monómeros.
Dichos otros monómeros pueden ser, por ejemplo,
una fluoroolefina tal como clorotrifluoroetileno,
hexafluoro-propileno, un perfluoro(alquil
vinil éter) o fluoruro de vinilideno, un polifluoroalquiletileno tal
como CH_{2}=CHR^{f} (donde R^{f} es un grupo
polifluoroalquilo C_{1-8}, se aplica lo mismo a
partir de ahora) o CH_{2}=CFR^{f}, y un
polifluoroalquiltrifluorovinil éter tal como
CF_{2}=CFOCH_{2}R^{f}. Estos monómeros pueden usarse solos o
en combinación de dos o más de ellos.
Es particularmente preferido el anterior
CH_{2}=CHR^{f}. R^{f} es más preferiblemente un grupo
perfluoroalquilo C_{3-6}, mucho más
preferiblemente C_{4}F_{9}.
Con respecto a la composición del anterior ETFE,
la proporción molar de las unidades polimerizadas basadas en
TFE/unidades polimerizadas basadas en E es preferiblemente de 70/30
a 30/70, más preferiblemente de 65/35 a 40/60, mucho más
preferiblemente de 60/40 a 45/55.

En un caso en el que están contenidas unidades
polimerizadas basadas en otros monómeros, el contenido de unidades
polimerizadas basadas en dichos otros monómeros es preferiblemente
del 0,01 al 30% en moles, más preferiblemente del 0,05 al 15% en
moles, mucho más preferiblemente del 0,1 al 10% en moles, en base a
la cantidad molar total de unidades polimerizadas basadas en TFE y
etileno.
Además, la película (C) es preferiblemente una
película fabricada de una fluororresina que tiene un punto de
fusión que es igual o cercano a la fluororresina para las películas
(A). Es más preferiblemente una película fabricada de la misma
fluororresina que la fluororresina para las películas (A). Si están
fabricadas de la misma fluororresina, la película (C) y las
películas (A) tendrán excelente propiedad de soldadura.
En la presente invención, puede emplearse in
método en mojado o un método en seco como un método para formar la
capa de tratamiento superficial hidrófila para la producción de una
película (A) que tiene una capa de tratamiento superficial
hidrófila sobre un lateral. El método en húmedo puede ser, por
ejemplo, un método para recubrir una solución de una sustancia
hidrófila por un rodillo, un método para recubrir por pulverización
dicha solución, un método para recubrir una solución por un cepillo,
o un método para recubrir dicha solución por una máquina de
recubrimiento. Se prefiere un método para recubrir una solución de
una sustancia hidrófila por una máquina de recubrimiento, o un
método para recubrir por pulverización dicha solución.
El método en seco puede ser, por ejemplo, un
método de metalizado, un método de deposición por vapor al vacío,
un método CVD o un método de recubrimiento electrolítico iónico, de
una sustancia hidrófila. Se prefiere un método para metalizar una
sustancia hidrófila, por lo cual la productividad es elevada, y la
retención de la propiedad hidrófila será excelente.
La sustancia hidrófila puede ser, por ejemplo,
un sol coloidal de una sustancia inorgánica tal como SiO_{2} o
Al_{2}O_{3}, un alcohol polivinílico, una resina hidrófila de,
por ejemplo, ácido acrílico, o un óxido de un metal tal como Si, Sn,
Ti, Nb, Al o Zn.
Es particularmente preferido un método de
metalizado de un óxido de un metal tal como Si, Sn o Ti. En dicho
caso, es particularmente preferido emplear un óxido de un metal tal
como Si o Ti.
El material de recubrimiento para uso agrícola
fabricado por el método de la presente invención se estirará para
un invernadero agrícola de modo que la capa de tratamiento
superficial hidrófila (D) después de la unión por presión con calor
se localizará en el interior. En un caso en el que el material de
recubrimiento no tiene capa de tratamiento superficial hidrófila
(D), después del estiramiento, la superficie interior del
invernadero agrícola se somete a tratamiento hidrófilo por un
método tal como recubrimiento por pulverización de un agente de
tratamiento hidrófilo. Con un invernadero agrícola que tiene dicha
capa de tratamiento superficial hidrófila, la superficie interior
tiene propiedad de flujo de gotas excelente, y incluso si se
condensa humedad en el invernadero sobre la superficie interior del
invernadero, las gotas de agua tienden a fluir fácilmente, por lo
cual será menos probable que las gotas de agua caigan sobre las
plantas de cultivo para impedir el crecimiento de las plantas de
cultivo. Además, el material de recubrimiento para uso agrícola
fabricado por el método de la presente invención es de excelente
resistencia de soldadura y resistencia de rotura de la película, o
mediante lo cual es posible evitar la penetración de agua o suciedad
sin desprendimiento de las partes unidas durante un largo periodo de
tiempo.
Una película de fluororresina que tiene una
anchura de 1 a 150 m, unida por el método de unión de la presente
invención, es aplicable no solamente a un material de recubrimiento
para uso agrícola para, por ejemplo, un invernadero agrícola o un
invernadero para horticultura, sino también para un material para
una estructura de película tal como un material de tienda, una
película para un colector solar o una película para el tejado de un
edificio grande, un material para bolsas, un material para láminas
resistentes al agua, o un material para láminas de sellado al
agua.
Ejemplo
1
Se prepararon dos láminas de una película de
ETFE (AFLEX FILM, fabricada por Asahi Glass Company, Limited, punto
de fusión: 260ºC) que tenían un grosor de 60 \mum y una anchura de
1 m, y se dispusieron de modo que sus bordes solaparan entre sí,
con lo cual la parte solapante se unió mediante una máquina de unión
por presión con calor (sellador con calor continuo, fabricado por
QUEEN LIGHT ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIES LIMITED). La unión se realizó de
acuerdo con el procedimiento mostrado en la Fig. 4. En primer lugar,
la parte central (b1)3 de la parte solapante se soldó
uniendo por presión con calentamiento a 260ºC. Después, el área
completa (B)2 se unión por presión con calentamiento a 250ºC
para soldar los bordes. La forma de sección transversal de la parte
unida era igual que la mostrada en la Fig. 1. La anchura de la parte
solapante (B)2 era de 20 mm, y la anchura de la parte
central (b1)3 era de 10 mm. La parte en la que las dos
láminas de las películas estaban unidas por presión con calor,
estaba en un estado suficientemente soldado. La resistencia de
rotura Elmendorf de la parte unida de las películas de ETFE era de
5,3 N, mostrando de este modo excelente resistencia de rotura. En
este caso, la resistencia de rotura Elmendorf se midió de acuerdo
con JIS K6732 (1996) usando una muestra que tenía un tamaño de 63
mm x 76 mm y confiriendo una línea de corte de 20 mm de longitud en
una parte no soldada a lo largo del borde la parte unida.
Se prepararon dos láminas de la misma película
de ETFE que la usada en el Ejemplo 1 y se dispusieron de modo que
sus bordes solaparan entre sí. Después, se superpuso una película de
ETFE que tenía un grosor de 100 \mum y una anchura de 33 mm sobre
las mismas. La parte solapante se unió mediante la misma máquina de
unión por presión con calor que la usada en el Ejemplo 1. La unión
se realizó de acuerdo con el procedimiento mostrado en la Fig. 5.
En primer lugar, la parte central (b1)3 de la parte solapante
se soldó uniendo por presión con calentamiento a 260ºC. Después, se
soldó una anchura de 15 mm sobre ambos lados del centro uniendo por
presión con calentamiento a 250ºC. La forma de sección transversal
de la parte unida era igual que la mostrada en la Fig. 2. La
anchura de la parte solapante (B)2 era de 20 mm, la anchura
de la parte central (b1)3 era de 10 mm, la anchura de la
parte solapante (d)7 era de 30 mm, y la anchura del borde no
soldado (c2)8 era de 1,5 mm. La parte en la que se unieron
por presión calor dos o tres láminas de las películas solapadas,
estaba en un estado suficientemente soldado. Además, la resistencia
de rotura Elmendorf de la parte unida de las películas de ETFE era
de 7,7 N, medida de la misma manera que en el Ejemplo 1, mostrado de
este modo excelente resistencia de rotura.
Ejemplo comparativo
1
Se prepararon dos láminas de la misma película
de ETFE que la usada en el Ejemplo 1 y se dispusieron de modo que
sus bordes solaparan entre sí. El área completa de la parte
solapante se unió soldando a 280ºC mediante una máquina de unión
por presión con calor. La anchura de la parte solapante era de 20
mm. La parte en la que se unieron por presión con calor dos láminas
de las películas, estaba en un estado suficientemente soldado. La
resistencia de rotura Elmendorf en la parte unida de las películas
de ETFE era de 4,6 N, medida de la misma manera que en el Ejemplo
1, y por tanto, la resistencia de rotura era menor que la del
Ejemplo 1.
De acuerdo con la presente invención, se
proporciona un método para unir películas fabricadas de una
fluororresina, por el cual la resistencia de soldadura en la parte
soldada es elevada, la resistencia de rotura es excelente, y la
parte unida no se desprenderá fácilmente. Además, repitiendo el
método de unión de la presente invención, es posible obtener una
película de fluororresina ancha. Además, la película de
fluororresina ancha obtenida es adecuada para un material de
recubrimiento para uso agrícola.
Cuando se usa una película de fluororresina
formada por unión mediante el método de unión de la presente
invención para un material de recubrimiento para uso agrícola, tal
como una película de estiramiento para un invernadero agrícola,
tiene excelente resistencia de soldadura y resistencia de rotura en
la parte unida de las películas, por lo cual la parte soldada no se
desprenderá, y puede evitarse la penetración de agua o suciedad,
durante un largo periodo de tiempo.
Claims (8)
1. Un método para unir películas de
fluororresina, que es un método para unir películas (A) fabricadas
de una fluororresina, por el cual dos láminas de películas (A) se
disponen de modo que sus bordes solapen entre sí, una parte central
(b1) de la parte solapante (B) se une por presión con calentamiento
a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 5ºC a por
encima en 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la fluororresina, y
después el área completa de la parte (B) se une por presión a una
temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por debajo en 30ºC a por
debajo en más de 5ºC, que el punto de fusión, para solada las dos
láminas de películas (A).
2. El método de unión de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque después de soldarse,
las películas (A) se enfrían.
3. Un método para unir películas de
fluororresina, que es un método para unir películas (A) fabricadas
de una fluororresina, por el cual dos láminas de películas (A) se
disponen de modo que sus bordes solapen entre sí para formar una
parte solapante (B), después una película (C) fabricada de una
fluororresina se dispone de modo que solape sobre la parte
solapante (B), después una parte central (b1) de la parte solapante
(B) se une por presión desde encima de la película (C) con
calentamiento a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por
debajo en 5ºC a por encima en 20ºC que el punto de fusión de la
fluororresina, y después la parte solapante (B) y la película (C)
se unen por presión a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de por
debajo en 30ºC a por debajo en más de 5ºC, que el punto de fusión,
para soldar las dos láminas de películas (A) y la película (C).
4. El método de unión de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque después de soldarse,
las películas (A) y la película (C) se enfrían.
5. El método de unión de acuerdo con una
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado
porque las películas (A) fabricadas de una fluororresina, son
películas (A) fabricadas de una fluororresina, que tienen una capa
de tratamiento superficial hidrófila (D) sobre un lateral, y no se
forma capa de tratamiento superficial hidrófila sobre la superficie
a soldar a la parte solapante (B) de una de las películas (A).
6. El método de unión de acuerdo con una
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, en el que las películas
(A) son películas fabricadas de un copolímero de
etileno/tetrafluoroetileno.
7. El método de unión de acuerdo con una
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, en el que la anchura de
la parte solapante es de 5 a 100 mm.
8. El método de unión de acuerdo con una
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, en el que la anchura de
la parte central (b1) es de 1 a 50 mm.
