Abstract

本發明乃是一種防刮透氣防水保護片，其結構包括：一緩衝透氣層及分別層壓在該緩衝透氣層之二個表面上的一第一防刮結合層及一第二防刮結合層；其中，該緩衝透氣層、第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層具有透氣性；該緩衝透氣層為非織物，該非織物之材料選自：聚乙烯纖維、聚烯烴纖維、聚酯纖維、纖維素纖維、再生纖維素纖維、聚醯胺纖維、礦物纖維及金屬纖維至少一纖維材料；第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體選自：聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚烯烴、熱塑性聚胺酯(TPU)、熱塑性聚烯烴(TPO)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯橡膠(NBR)、氯丁二烯橡膠(chloroprene rubber, CR)、海帕隆(hypalon)、天然橡膠、丁基橡膠(IIR)、交聯反應型彈性體或其摻合物。本發明具雙面自黏特性之第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層方便於防刮透氣防水保護片之邊緣疊合處接合防漏。

Description

防刮透氣防水保護片
本發明涉及用於室內建築裝修工程中之防刮、透氣之防水保護片材，該片材具有透氣性及柔軟性因此能夠輕易平鋪於批覆地板或牆面上，並且防刮透氣防水保護片兩面具有止滑層及自黏層結構，對於拼貼邊緣更具有便利施工與覆蓋密著性，且平面上印刷或壓紋，對於機能性及美觀要求都具有正面提升之功能。
現代人的生活模式，一天會長時間處於室內建築中活動，而建築結構亦有整修與維護的工程需求，防刮需求過去常使用三夾板或塑膠中空板覆蓋地板或牆面，以防止重物搬移產生摩擦或碰撞而破壞地板或牆面之表面；亦有保護膜類產品覆蓋地板與牆面，但保護膜產品耐刮性不足，且保護膜之交界重疊之密合性不足，容易滲漏施工液體，長時間整修工程會造成地面或牆面永久性污損。
先前技術針對一種復合柔性泛水帶及其製備方法研究，如中國專利號CN104647812A揭露，提供一種新型結構的建築防水輔材，其由自下而上的膜類材料基底、起到黏接作用的丁基橡膠黏接層和襯底構成。其中，所述膜類材料基底為通過單向擠壓方式形成的每10cm皺紋條數不低於80條、拉伸率不低於50％的褶皺狀，所述丁基橡膠黏接層厚度為0.2㎜～3㎜。並介紹了該泛水帶的制備方法。該泛水帶具有優越的抗老化性、持久的黏結性、卓越的拉伸延展性、方便施工和能有效地防止漏水和滲漏的特性。
先前技術針對地坪透氣防水保護裝置之研究，如中華民國專利M466948係揭露地坪透氣防水保護裝置設置於一地坪之表面，其包含：一保護層，具有一外表面及一結合面，該結合面係結合該地坪之表面；一透氣件，具有一氣流通道，該氣流通道之二端分別形成一連接端及一透氣端，該連接端係設置於該地坪之表面，該透氣端係連接至一外部空間。藉由上述設置，以提升該地坪之防水及透氣能力。
又如中國專利CN1305659C揭露該新型提供一種氟樹脂薄膜的接合方法、採用該方法製得的寬的氟樹脂薄膜以及採用該薄膜所得的農業用覆蓋材料。端部互相重合地將2片薄膜配置，以上述氟樹脂熔點-5℃以上、+20℃以下的溫度對重合部分的中央部分加熱壓接，再以該熔點-30℃以上、未滿-5℃的溫度對該部分全面加熱壓接，將2片薄膜熱熔黏結。
本創作之創作人深知其整修裝潢工程之防刮墊片或保護膜有伏貼性、施工不易及重疊處需外加膠帶等問題，其結構與功能上仍有不足之處須解，乃致力於發展防刮透氣防水保護片之開發。本創作乃是一種防刮透氣防水保護片，其結構包括：一緩衝透氣層及分別層壓在該緩衝透氣層之二個表面上的一第一防刮結合層及一第二防刮結合層；其中，該緩衝透氣層、第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層具有透氣性；該緩衝透氣層為非織物，該非織物之材料選自：聚乙烯纖維、聚烯烴纖維、聚酯纖維、纖維素纖維、再生纖維素纖維、聚醯胺纖維、礦物纖維及金屬纖維至少一纖維材料；第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體選自：聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚烯烴、熱塑性聚胺酯(TPU)、熱塑性聚烯烴(TPO)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯橡膠(NBR)、氯丁二烯橡膠(chloroprene rubber, CR)、海帕隆(hypalon)、天然橡膠、丁基橡膠(IIR)、交聯反應型彈性體或其摻合物。其中，該緩衝透氣層為非織物，其非織物為水針布、紡黏布、針刺布、樹脂黏著布、熱風布、縫錠布或其複合製程布。該緩衝透氣層、第一防刮結合層或第二防刮結合層至少一之平面上印刷或壓紋至少一圖樣，以提升防刮透氣防水保護片成品多樣性。該第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層為纖維膠黏結構、打孔膜材結構及微多孔膜結構至少一結構。該第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層之表面具有黏著力，其兩者之黏著力相異或相同。該第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層之表面結構為光滑平面結構。該第一防刮結合層為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體內添加離形材料、無機微粒、耐燃劑或增黏劑至少一添加劑。該第二防刮結合層為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體內添加離形材料、無機微粒、耐燃劑或增黏劑至少一添加劑。該防刮透氣防水保護片之透濕度(M.V.T.，ASTM E96-BW)介於≧100g/m 2. 24hrs至≦5000g/m 2. 24hrs之間。該防刮透氣防水保護片之耐水壓(W.R.S.，AATCC 127)介於≧10 mmH 2O至≦5000 mmH 2O之間。本發明具雙面自黏特性之第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層方便於防刮透氣防水保護片之邊緣疊合處接合防漏，其結構上有別於過去習知技藝具差異化，其新穎、進步及實用效益無誤。有關本創作所採用之技術、手段及其功效，茲舉一較佳實施例並配合圖式詳細說明於後，相信本創作上述之目的、構造及特徵，當可由之得一深入而具體的瞭解。
以下係藉由特定的具體實施例說明本創作之實施方式，熟習此技藝之人士可由本說明書所揭示之內容輕易地了解本創作之其他優點與功效。本創作亦可藉由其他不同的具體實施例加以施行或應用，本說明書中的各項細節亦可基於不同觀點與應用，在不悖離本創作之精神下進行各種修飾與變更。
首先敬請閱第1圖係顯示本創作防刮透氣防水保護片剖面圖，顯示本發明乃是本創作乃是一種防刮透氣防水保護片，其結構包括：一緩衝透氣層101及分別層壓在該緩衝透氣層101之二個表面上的一第一防刮結合層201及一第二防刮結合層301；其中，該緩衝透氣層101、第一防刮結合層201及第二防刮結合層301具有透氣性；該緩衝透氣層為非織物，該非織物之材料選自：聚乙烯纖維、聚烯烴纖維、聚酯纖維、纖維素纖維、再生纖維素纖維、聚醯胺纖維、礦物纖維及金屬纖維至少一纖維材料；第一防刮結合層201及第二防刮結合層301為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體選自：聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚烯烴、熱塑性聚胺酯(TPU)、熱塑性聚烯烴(TPO)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯橡膠(NBR)、氯丁二烯橡膠(chloroprene rubber, CR)、海帕隆(hypalon)、天然橡膠、丁基橡膠(IIR)、交聯反應型彈性體或其摻合物。其中，該緩衝透氣層101為非織物，其非織物為水針布、紡黏布、針刺布、樹脂黏著布、熱風布、縫錠布或其複合製程布。該緩衝透氣層101、第一防刮結合層201或第二防刮結合層301至少一之平面上印刷或壓紋至少一圖樣，以提升防刮透氣防水保護片成品多樣性。該第一防刮結合層201及第二防刮結合層301為纖維膠黏結構、打孔膜材結構及微多孔膜結構至少一結構。該第一防刮結合層201及第二防刮結合層301之表面具有黏著力，其兩者之黏著力相異或相同。該第一防刮結合層201及第二防刮結合層301之表面結構為光滑平面結構。該第一防刮結合層201為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體內添加離形材料、無機微粒、耐燃劑或增黏劑至少一添加劑。該第二防刮結合層301為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體內添加離形材料、無機微粒、耐燃劑或增黏劑至少一添加劑。該防刮透氣防水保護片之透濕度(M.V.T.，ASTM E96-BW)介於≧100g/m 2. 24hrs至≦5000g/m 2. 24hrs之間。該防刮透氣防水保護片之耐水壓(W.R.S.，AATCC 127)介於≧10 mmH 2O至≦5000 mmH 2O之間。
為使審查委員更進一步了解本創作實際應用情境，舉例防刮透氣防水保護片邊緣處疊合狀態，如第2圖係顯示本創作防刮透氣防水保護片之疊合使用狀態剖面圖，說明二防刮透氣防水保護片其均具有一緩衝透氣層101及分別層壓在該緩衝透氣層101之二個表面上的一第一防刮結合層201及一第二防刮結合層301，防刮透氣防水保護片之邊緣處疊合時二防刮透氣防水保護片其中一面之第一防刮結合層201與另一第二防刮結合層301相互疊合，因該第一防刮結合層201及第二防刮結合層301之表面結構為光滑平面結構，且該第一防刮結合層201與該第二防刮結合層301均具有自黏性使兩邊緣疊合面得以穩固及無縫隙接合，可防止邊緣接合處滲漏之問題。其第一防刮結合層201亦具有防滑性表面，相較於傳統中空板或保護膜其施工人員踩踏在第一防刮結合層201之表面上作業達到不容易滑倒效果，對於工作場所安全性有所提升，於其他未疊合面能因為第二防刮結合層301表面亦具有自黏特徵，使防刮透氣防水保護片容易附著於被貼物上，其不因為外力摩擦而位移滑動。並且第二防刮結合層301具有自黏性之黏著力適當，從被貼物上移除時不會有殘膠之缺點。另外，因為結構上有第一防刮結合層201與第二防刮結合層301保護，當第一防刮結合層201受外力刮損，仍有第二防刮結合層301防止滲漏，達到雙道防止滲漏之效果。
本發明乃是一種防刮透氣防水保護片，該緩衝透氣層101為非織物，具有空氣夾入於緩衝透氣層101中，使得本創作防刮透氣防水保護片能具備隔熱效果及外力緩衝效果。本防刮透氣防水保護片除了可作為防水之片材之應用外，亦可應用於屋內牆面或地板之隔熱片材應用。該緩衝透氣層101為非織物，該非織物結構選自：礦物纖維及金屬纖維至少一纖維材料使本創作防漏水透氣片亦能具備耐燃或防火效果。本發明結構及功能之特徵，有別於過去習知技藝具差異化，其新穎、進步及實用效益無誤。故可有效改進習知缺失，使用上有相當大之實用性。
綜觀上述，本創作實施例所揭露之具體構造，確實能提供雙道防水、防刮、外力緩衝、透氣、隔熱、保溫及防火建築材料之應用，以其整體結構而言，既未曾見諸於同類產品中，申請前亦未見公開，誠已符合專利法之法定要件，爰依法提出發明專利申請。
惟以上所述者，僅為本創作之一較佳實施例而已，當不能以此限定本創作實施之範圍，即大凡依本創作申請專利範圍及創作說明書內容所作之等效變化與修飾，皆應仍屬本創作專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種防刮透氣防水保護片，其結構包括：一緩衝透氣層及分別層壓在該緩衝透氣層之二個表面上的一第一防刮結合層及一第二防刮結合層；其中，該緩衝透氣層、第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層具有透氣性；該緩衝透氣層為非織物，該非織物之材料選自：聚乙烯纖維、聚烯烴纖維、聚酯纖維、纖維素纖維、再生纖維素纖維、聚醯胺纖維、礦物纖維及金屬纖維至少一纖維材料；該第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層為纖維膠黏結構、打孔膜材結構及微多孔膜結構至少一結構；第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體選自：聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚烯烴、熱塑性聚胺酯(TPU)、熱塑性聚烯烴(TPO)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯橡膠(NBR)、氯丁二烯橡膠(chloroprene rubber,CR)、海帕隆(hypalon)、天然橡膠、丁基橡膠(IIR)、交聯反應型彈性體或其摻合物。
  2. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該緩衝透氣層為非織物，其非織物為水針布、紡黏布、針刺布、樹脂黏著布、熱風布、縫錠布或其複合製程布。
  3. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該緩衝透氣層、第一防刮結合層或第二防刮結合層至少一之平面上印刷或壓紋至少一圖樣，以提升 防刮透氣防水保護片成品多樣性。
  4. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層之表面具有黏著力，其兩者之黏著力相異或相同。
  5. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該第一防刮結合層及第二防刮結合層之表面結構為光滑平面結構。
  6. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該第一防刮結合層為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體內添加離形材料、無機微粒、耐燃劑或增黏劑至少一添加劑。
  7. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該第二防刮結合層為塑橡膠彈性體，該塑橡膠彈性體內添加離形材料、無機微粒、耐燃劑或增黏劑至少一添加劑。
  8. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該防刮透氣防水保護片之透濕度(M.V.T.，ASTM E96-BW)介於≧100g/m2.24hrs至≦5000g/m2.24hrs之間。
  9. 如請求項1所述之防刮透氣防水保護片，其中，該防刮透氣防水保護片之耐水壓(W.R.S.，AATCC 127)介於≧10mmH2O至≦5000mmH2O之間。
