Abstract
Un recipiente; para envase destinado a un contenido sometido a presión, que comprende un recipiente interno de material plástico y una envoltura o banderola que circunda el recipiente interno de un material no elástico, por ejemplo, papel, consistiendo el recipiente interno en una pieza de un tubo de lámina de plástico que sé carga con el contenido y que se cierra herméticamente a lo largo de dos cierres herméticos que atraviesan dicho tubo y que están dispuestos a cierta distancia uno de otro, excediendo la longitud de los cierres herméticos apreciablemente de la distancia entre los cierres herméticos y estando situados dichos cierres herméticos principalmente dentro de dicha envoltura, caracterizado porque dichos cierres herméticos transversales, cerca de al menos uno de sus puntos extremos, presenten un contorno curvado o angular con el objeto de comunicar a la parte o partes del recipiente interno que sobresalen de las aberturas extremas de la envoltura un aspecto, redondeado o de formade cúpula.
