Abstract
Instalación para la fabricación de un producto apto para fluir, que consta de una cámara (1) de rotor, en la que está dispuesto, con eje vertical (3) del rotor, un rotor (4) que presenta una superficie horizontal central y al menos en su tercio radialmente externo la forma de una envolvente cónica (22) con una inclinación con respecto al eje (3) del rotor hacia fuera y hacia arriba entre 10º y 80º, de alimentaciones (13, 14, 15) para la introducción de materiales de partida para el producto apto para fluir así como palas de guía (11) para la circulación de los materiales de partida o bien del producto, que están dispuestas por encima del plano (9) del borde superior (5) del rotor (1) estáticamente en la pared interior de un anillo (10) de pala de guía configurado como prolongación de la pared (6) de la carcasa, donde las palas de guía (11) presentan aproximadamente la altura del anillo (10) de la pala de guía y están configuradas en la sección transversal con respecto al eje (3) del rotor esencialmente en forma de un segmento de un círculo o de una espiral, cuyos extremos exteriores emergen desde el círculo de la pared interior (6) de la cámara (1) del rotor en el sentido de giro del rotor (4), de tal manera que las tangentes de la pared interior (6) y de las palas de guía (11) presentan en el punto de contacto esencialmente la misma inclinación, y cuyos extremos interiores se encuentran aproximadamente en la parte media del radio del rotor, de manera que el producto en circulación, que abandona el rotor (4) bajo la influencia de la energía cinética, rueda por el lado interior de las palas de guía (11) y cae de nuevo en el rotor (4).
