Abstract
Procedimiento de lisis de una muestra biológica que contiene por lo menos un microorganismo de tipo bacteria, para liberar por lo menos un material nucleico de interés perteneciente a dicho microorganismo, según el cual: - se introduce dicha muestra biológica en medio líquido en un contenedor, - se introduce en dicho contenedor por lo menos un material constituido por partículas, relativamente duro y fundamentalmente inerte con respecto al material nucleico, - se somete la mezcla de la muestra biológica y el material constituido por partículas a un movimiento, caracterizado porque, en combinación: el movimiento elegido es de tipo vórtice y se ajusta a las características siguientes: - el material constituido por partículas está formado por bolas de diámetro comprendido entre 90 y 150 µm y - el volumen aparente de las bolas, Vb, y el volumen de la muestra líquida, Ve, guardan entre sí la relación siguiente: Ve = .Vb, en la que adopta un valor comprendido entre 1, 4 y 10 cuando el contenedor tiene forma tubular, mientras que es menor o igual a 2, 1 cuando el contenedor tiene forma de disco, mediante el cual y sin intervención de ningún otro reactivo ni operación suplementaria se cede directamente al medio líquido el material nucleico en estado nativo y accesible a cualquier reactivo.
