Abstract
Un procedimiento para determinar la actividad de fosforilación de una enzima, que comprende las etapas de: (a) combinar la enzima con (i) una molécula informadora que comprende un marcador fluorescente y un aminoácido fosforilado, en la que el aminoácido se selecciona entre el grupo constituido por serina, treonina y tirosina; (ii)una molécula sustrato que comprende el mismo aminoácido que se fosforila de la mencionada molécula informadora, molécula sustrato que es capaz de ser fosforilada en el mencionado aminoácido por la mencionada enzima para que resulte un producto; (iii) un anticuerpo que se une selectivamente a una molécula que comprende el aminoácido fosforilado, y (iv)una fuente de fosfato; (b) medir la FQ o la FCS de la molécula informadora después de la etapa (a), y (c) usar la medida de FQ o FCS para determinar la actividad de la enzima.
