PARA UNA BIELA PARA MOTORES DE EMBOLOS ALTERNATIVOS FORJADA EN ACERO AL CARBONO CON TAPA DE COJINETE SEPARADA POR ROTURA DONDE UN PUNTO DE INICIO PARA PROVOCAR LA ROTURA COMPRENDE UNA SERIE DE REBAJES CIEGOS DISPUESTOS EN FILA ENTRE LOS CUALES QUEDAN UNOS PUENTES TEMPLADOS DE PARTE A PARTE CON GRIETAS DE TEMPLE COMO PRIMEROS INICIOS DE GRIETA SE PROPONE PARA CONSEGUIR UN TEMPLE DE PROCESO SEGURO DE ESTOS PUENTES, POR UNA PARTE Y PARA REDUCIR LA DEFORMACION PLASTICA DE LA BIELA DURANTE LA SEPARACION POR ROTURA, POR OTRA PARTE, UTILIZAR UN ACERO AL CARBONO DE BAJA ALEACION, QUE ADEMAS DE CARBONO C = 0,60 A 0,78% Y AZUFRE S = 0,06 A 0,07% CONTENGA COMO COMPONENTES DE ALEACION ESENCIALES MANGANESO MN = 0,55 A 1,0%, VANADIO V = 0,03 A 0,20%, CROMO CR = 0,10 A 0,30% Y NITROGENO N = 0,01 A 0,025%, ADEMAS DE LOS MATERIALES QUE NORMALMENTE ACOMPAÑAN AL ACERO DONDE LA BIELA FORJADA TIENE UNA ESTRUCTURA CON UN 90 A 95% DE PERLITA Y 10 A 5% DE FERRITA MEDIANTE UN ENFRIAMIENTO PREDETERMINADO DESDE EL CALOR DE FORJA MEDIANTE O EN EL AIRE HASTA POR DEBAJO DE 600°C.
