LA INVENCION HACE REFERENCIA AL USO DE UNA BRIQUETA DE MATERIALES SOBRANTES COMO UN ADITIVO PARA LOS HORNOS DE FUNDICION DE UNA FUNDERIA DE HIERRO, EN PARTICULAR EN CUBILOTES U OTROS HORNOS DE CUBA. EL OBJETO DE LA INVENCION ES DESARROLLAR EL USO DE UNA BRIQUETA DE MATERIALES SOBRANTES COMO ADITIVO PARA LOS HORNOS DE FUNDICION DE UNA FUNDERIA DE HIERRO, YA QUE PUEDE PRODUCIRSE DE FORMA ECONOMICA, ES SUFICIENTEMENTE RESISTENTE AL CALOR, PRESENTA UNA COMPOSICION DE MEZCLA SIMILAR INCLUSO CON CONTENIDOS VARIABLES DE LOS COMPONENTES DE PARTIDA Y NO SUPONE UNA CARGA ADICIONAL DE CONTAMINENTES EN EL PROCESO DE FUNDICION. EL OBJETIVO SE CONSIGUE RECOGIENDO, MEZCLANDO Y HUMEDECIENDO LOS PRODUCTOS DE DESHECHO DE UNA FUNDERIA DE HIERRO, EN PARTICULAR EL POLVO DE FILTRADO DE GAS DE HORNO ALTO DE UN CUBILOTE Y/O EL POLVO DE FILTRADO PROCEDENTE DE LA PREPARACION DE ARENA DE MOLDEO Y/O EL POLVO DE FILTRADO PROCEDENTE DE LA NAVE DE LIMPIEZA Y/O EL POLVO DE FILTRADO PROCEDENTE DE LA NAVE DE MOLIENDA, ASI COMO LAS SUSTANCIAS DE DESHECHO DEL POLVO DE FILTRADO DE OXIDO DE MAGNESIO Y/O POLVO DE PIEDRA CALIZA, QUE ACTUAN COMO AGLUTINANTE HIDRAULICO, Y PRENSANDO EN FRIO LA MEZCLA COMPLETA EN MOLDES PARA FORMAR BRIQUETAS.
