Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para fabricar una placa bipolar (10) para, por ejemplo, una batería bipolar. De acuerdo con la presente invención, una placa negativa (112) se fabrica por aplicación de una pasta adecuada (121) en una rejilla metálica (120), y una placa positiva (113) se fabrica por aplicación de una pasta adecuada (123) en una rejilla metálica (122). Las placas empastadas (112; 113) se forman y se disponen en lados opuestos de un substrato del tipo placa adecuado (11). El substrato (11) se comprime térmicamente, y a continuación se realiza un tratamiento de activación de la superficie, y entonces el substrato (11) se ploma. Este tratamiento de activación de superficie puede llevarse a cabo con una corona o, preferentemente, un plasma. Para conseguir un buen contacto eléctrico, el substrato (11) puede hacerse rugoso, y las placas (112, 113) pueden ser presionadas contra el sustrato (11) utilizando una esterilla (21) de fibra de vidrio comprimido.
