Abstract

Endoprótesis de muñón de muslo para una aplicación exoprotésica en la zona del muslo de un paciente al que se le ha amputado la pierna, pudiendo introducirse el muñón (1) del muslo en una caña (2) a la que sigue una reproducción de una parte de rodilla, pierna un pie (3) de la prótesis, presentando una pieza de astil (4) proximal que puede insertarse en un muñón de fémur (5), caracterizada porque la pieza de astil (4) está recubierta, al menos parcialmente, por una estructura (6) reticular tridimensional de malla abierta y presenta en su extremo distal un adaptador (7) cónico mediante el cual un sustituto (8) del cóndilo, que simula la forma (11) del cóndilo natural de una articulación de rodilla, está acoplado a la pieza de astil (4) y porque la endoprótesis presenta una base (16) en forma de cuña que está unida al sustituto (8) del cóndilo.
