SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SINTETIZAR COLORANTES EXCITABLE POR UN LASER DE HELIO - NEON (EXCITABLE A 633 NM) A PARTIR DE HALOLEPIDINAS, POR EJEMPLO, LA 7 - HALOLEPIDINA, LOS CUALES SON ADECUADOS PARA LA DETECCION Y ENUMERACION DE RETICULOCITOS EN MUESTRAS DE SANGRE HUMANA. EN OTRO ASPECTO, LA PRESENTE INVENCION PROPORCIONA UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA INMUNOTIPIFICACION DE LOS FENOCITOS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE BASA EN EL FENOMENO DE QUE, CUANDO UNOS COLORANTES DE DETERMINADA ESTRUCTURA SE INTERCALAN EN EL ADN O EL ARN, AUMENTA LA INTENSIDAD DE LOS COLORANTES. LOS COLORANTES ADECUADOS PARA ESTA INVENCION PUEDEN DESCRIBIRSE COMO COLORANTES QUE TIENEN: (A) UNA PRIMERA MITAD HETEROCICLICA, (B) UNA SEGUNDA MITAD HETEROCICLICA, Y (C) UN GRUPO DE ENLACE QUE CONECTA LAS MITADES HETEROCICLICAS PRIMERA Y SEGUNDA.
