Abstract
Un circuito externo de control de la distorsión para su uso en un sistema CATV para la atenuación selectiva de una señal CATV que consta de: un puerto (101) de entrada de señal; un circuito no lineal acoplado con el citado puerto de entrada y que consta de: una red de atenuación 7r modificada que consta de una primera y de una segunda resistencias (105, 106) acopladas en paralelo; estando acopladas la primera y la segunda resistencias (105, 106) en serie con una tercera resistencia (108), un primer inductor (117) y una cuarta resistencia (112); un primer y un segundo diodos (109, 110) cada uno de ellos acoplado en paralelo con el citado acoplamiento en serie de la citada tercera resistencia (108) y el citado primer inductor (117); una quinta resistencia (107) acoplada directamente con ambos diodos citados (109, 110); y un puerto (114) de salida para dar salida a la citada señal atenuada de forma selectiva procedente del citado circuito no lineal; donde las citadas primera, segunda y quintaresistencias (105, 106, 107) proporcionan una tensión de desviación D.C. a través de los citados diodos (109, 110).
