Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar el 4-ADPA cargando nitrobenceno en una zona de reacción bajo presión de hidrógeno en presencia de una base orgánica fuerte y un catalizador de hidrogenación. El procedimiento proporciona la conveniencia y la economía de un procedimiento en un solo paso, mientras que además produce mayores rendimientos y selectividad. La invención se refiere además a varias realizaciones de las anteriores técnicas que son adecuadas para la producción de 4-ADPA y la hidrogenación o alquilación reductora para producir PPD. Es importante en la invención las relaciones molares de amina a nitrobenceno y de nitrobenceno a base orgánica fuerte y la elección y empleo del catalizador de hidrogenación.
