Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de mezclas de aleación homogéneas, especialmente de fases intermetálicas, que constan de al menos dos componentes de aleación a través de fundición de materiales de partida en un crisol de pared fría calentado por inducción, caracterizado por las siguientes etapas del procedimiento: a) en una primera etapa del procedimiento se funden los componentes de la aleación en una disposición de crisol de pared fría (2) calentada por inducción, bajo agitación inductiva, para formar bloques (30, 44) con composición de la aleación previamente seleccionada en cuanto a las cantidades, con lo que los bloques son extraídos desde el crisol de pared fría, y b) en una etapa siguiente del procedimiento se funde al menos uno de los bloques (30, 44) de la primera etapa del procedimiento en una segunda disposición de crisol de pared fría (60) calentada por inducción, con lo que a través de la energía de campo electromagnético alimentada a la colada, se reagita la colada de tal forma que se mezclan a fondo sus componentes de aleación de tal manera que la colada (55) obtiene una composición homogénea del material sobre todo su volumen.
