Abstract

Procedimiento para el modelado neuronal de un dispositivo bobinador de papel, a) en el que, en un primer paso, se aportan magnitudes de influencia y de control de un dispositivo bobinador de papel (70, 80) para el adiestramiento de una red neuronal (NN), en el que se miden aquéllas y se almacenan al menos en función del número de capas (z) bobinadas y del correspondiente radio (r) de bobinado de la bobina de papel, b) en el que, de la relación entre las magnitudes de medida que comprenden el radio (r) de la bobina y el correspondiente número (z) de capas de la bobina de papel, se determina la fuerza de la banda en la banda de papel (FAW) o una magnitud (MLD) correlacionada con la fuerza de la banda en función de las magnitudes (70, 80) de influencia y de control del dispositivo bobinador de papel, como magnitud objetivo de la red (NN) neuronal. c) y en el que la red (NN) neuronal, se adiestra como modelo del dispositivo (Wi, St) bobinador de papel, por medio de un procedimiento de aprendizaje corriente al menos con magnitudes de influencia y de control del dispositivo (70, 80) bobinador de papel como magnitudes de entrada y de la fuerza (FAW) de la banda dependientes de aquellas o bien de la magnitud (MLD) correlacionada con la fuerza de la banda como magnitud de salida.
