EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE LA UTILIZACION DE FILTRACION DE FLUJO TANGENCIAL A TRAVES DE UNA MEMBRANA PARA FORMAR UN RETENTIVO Y UN PERMEATO, SOMETIENDO EL PERMEATO A UN DISPOSITIVO CAPTOR PARA EXTRAER BASICAMENTE EL COMPONENTE LACTEO SOLUBLE, COMBINANDO EL EFLUENTE DEL DISPOSITIVO CAPTOR CON LA MUESTRA DE LECHE ORIGINAL (RETENTIVO) Y CONTINUAR ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO HASTA QUE LA LECHE SE HA PURIFICADO SUFICIENTEMENTE.
