Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de probetas para el análisis de capas superficiales porosas preferentemente recubiertas térmicamente, que se impregnan de plástico por colada, caracterizado por a) la colocación de una o más piezas de prueba de la capa superficial (10) en un molde situado en el interior de una cámara de vacío, cuya presión se reduce, b) el vertido de una resina líquida de colada previamente mezclada dentro del molde que contiene las piezas de prueba, c) la admisión del aire de nuevo al interior de la cámara, d) la extracción de las piezas de prueba de la resina de colada permitiendo que el exceso de resina gotee de las piezas de prueba, y colocación posterior de las mismas en la cavidad de moldeo de una prensa de moldeo en caliente, e) el llenado de dicha cavidad de moldeo conjuntamente con las piezas de prueba con una resina en polvo, y f) la aplicación de presión y calor a la cavidad de moldeo durante un periodo de tiempo predeterminado, después de lo cual la probeta (1)está dispuesta para ser extraída y lapidada.
