Abstract

Máquina de perchar que comprende un rotor hacia el que se alimenta el tejido a procesar y desde el cual se estira el tejido, dispuestos en dicho rotor, a intervalos regulares en torno a la periferia, hay una pluralidad de cilindros rotativos (7) equipados con un recubrimiento que actúa en contacto con el tejido el cual es ligeramente deflexionado por cilindros adyacentes, y en la que, en el espacio entre cilindros adyacentes, están dispuestos medios deflectores (9) que se extienden paralelamente al eje del rotor y a los ejes de los cilindros (7) y que pueden ser ajustados radialmente en relación al rotor con lo que se produce una deflexión ajustable sobre el tramo de tejido comprendido entre un cilindro de perchar y el siguiente, variando por consiguiente la acción de los cilindros recubiertos, caracterizada porque los recubimientos de los cilindros están constituidos por finos filamentos compuestos sintéticos flexibles de longitud relativamente muy larga, ejerciendo dicho revestimiento una acción de cepillado sobre el tejido.
