LA PRESENTE INVENCION PROPORCIONA UN POLIMERO RETICULADO, HINCHABLE EN AGUA, QUE PRESENTA UNA ELEVADA CAPACIDAD DE ABSORCION, CUANDO SE PONE BAJO UNA PRESION INCREMENTADA, EN UN ESTADO COMBINADO CON UNA MATERIA FIBROSA DE BASE. DICHO POLIMERO RETICULADO HINCHABLE EN AGUA TIENE UN VOLUMEN TOTAL DE POROS DE 60 V/V % O MAS, RELATIVO A LA CANTIDAD TOTAL DE ABSORCION DE UNA SOLUCION DE SAL FISIOLOGICA EN EL INTERIOR DEL POLIMERO, RESPECTO A POROS DE UN TAMAÑO DE 51-270 A CUANDO SE HINCHAN CON LA SOLUCION DE SAL FISIOLOGICA. ALTERNATIVAMENTE, EL POLIMERO TIENE UN VOLUMEN TOTAL DE POROS DE 80 V/V % O MAS, RELATIVO A LA CANTIDAD TOTAL DE ABSORCION DE AGUA PROCEDENTE DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO EN EL INTERIOR DEL POLIMERO, CON UN TAMAÑO DE PORO DE 51270 A, CUANDO SE HINCHAN CON EL AGUA PROCEDENTE DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO.
