Abstract

El procedimiento de la invención se refiere a la fabricación de un tejido de poliéster totalmente hecho a partir de fibras elásticas que comprende una cierta proporción de fibras de poliéster bicompuestas con estructura bicomponente, aptas para desarrollar un rizo helicoidal y en espiral. Comprende operaciones de preparación de la mezcla de fibras, de hilado, de tejido y de diversos tratamiento del tejido. Conduciendo las operaciones de preparación y de hilado a un hilo no extensible y estando el hilo fuertemente descontexturizado para tener en cuenta su potencial elasticidad, se somete el tejido crudo a un pretratamiento térmico, con aire caliente a una temperatura comprendida entre 180 y 190ºC a muy baja tensión, previamente a todos los tratamientos clásicos en medio líquido, particularmente lavado y tinte: además, durante todas las operaciones posteriores al pretratamiento térmico, se limita la tensión del tejido. El pretratamiento térmico en seco consiste por ejemplo en pasar por una rama durante 1 1,5 minutos aproximadamente a una temperatura del orden de 185ºC. Al tratarse de una mezcla de poliéster/lana del orden de 50/50 y cuyas fibras de poliéster son de estructura bicomponente, el paso por la rama se efectúa con un avance por la rama del orden de un 15% y un ajuste de ancho de tela en salida de la rama del orden de un 9% menor al ancho del tejido crudo.
