Abstract
Método de formación de un granulado a partir de una masa fundida de productos químicos, que comprende lanzar la masa fundida desde una cámara (4), con una pared de cámara en forma de placa (3) dotada de orificios (7), atravesando dichos orificios hasta una cámara de bajante vertical (1), formando de este modo en una región superior de la cámara de bajante gotitas finas que, en su caída libre en la cámara de bajante, se enfrían a través de un medio de enfriamiento suministrado, y retirando el granulado formado de este modo mediante enfriamiento en una región inferior de la cámara de bajante, caracterizado porque se lanza la masa fundida en sentido vertical o prácticamente vertical y el medio de enfriamiento utilizado es un fluido a muy baja temperatura, que se introduce en la cámara de bajante a la vez que la masa fundida lanzada, y se descarga en la región inferior de la cámara de bajante en forma de gas o vapor.
