Abstract

Composiciones de heparinas de muy bajo peso molecular, con la fórmula I en la cual, n puede variar entre 1 y 12; R{sub,1} = H ó SO{sub,3}Na; R{sub,2}= SO{sub,3}Na ó COCH{sub,3}. Dichas composiciones de heparina están compuestas de mezclas de oligosacáridos o fragmentos de heparina y están caracterizadas por tener actividad anti Xa y actividad anti factor IIa y porque son utilizables como medicamentos antitrombóticos.
