Abstract
Procedimiento para la regulación de un proceso afectado con retraso con compensación, es decir, de un proceso, cuya respuesta de salto entra en un estado estacionario nuevo, especialmente para la regulación de la temperatura, caracterizado porque después de un salto del valor teórico, a partir de un primer estado estacionario (x = x0), se coloca la magnitud de ajuste (y), en forma de salto, en un primer valor constante (y2), en un modo controlado, para la reducción de una desviación de la regulación (xd), porque,después de que se ha comprobado un punto de inflexión (WP) en el desarrollo de la magnitud de regulación (x) o lo más tarde después de que la desviación de la regulación (dx) se ha reducido en un valor predeterminado entre 50 y 80 % de la altura del salto, se identifica un modelo IT1 del proceso (P). porque en un primer ajuste del regulador, se ajusta una estructura PI y, en función del modelo IT1, se ajustan los parámetros de un regulador lineal (R), que regula a continuación el proceso (P) en un segundo estado estacionario (x = x1), porque después de que se ha alcanzado aproximadamente el segundo estado estacionario, se calcula para el proceso (P) un modelo más exacto con compensación, es decir, un modelo, cuya respuesta de salto entra en un estado estacionario nuevo, y porque en un segundo ajuste del regulador, en función del modelo más exacto con compensación, se ajustan de nuevo la estructura y los parámetros del regulador lineal (R).
