Abstract
Generador de gas sintético con un quemador (2) para quemar parcialmente una mezcla de combustible-oxígeno, estando dicho quemador (2) colocado en la parte superior de una cámara de combustión (3); por debajo de la cámara de combustión (3) se encuentra una cámara de enfriamiento rápido (7) y, entre las dos cámaras (3, 7) existe un canal (6) vertical de conexión, teniendo la cámara de enfriamiento rápido (7) una parte superior con una pared interior cilíndrica y una parte interior y una parte interior con una pared interior cónica, y una abertura en el extremo inferior de la pared cónica interior, estando unos conjuntos de toberas de pulverización de agua (10, 11) dispuestos dentro de la parte superior de la cámara (7) de enfriamiento rápido. Debajo del extremo inferior de la cámara (7) de enfriamiento rápido se encuentra dispuesto un baño de agua (21) y una salida de gas (23), colocada en un recipiente de presión (5, 31) que rodea la cámara (7) de enfriamiento rápido, caracterizado porque lapared interior de la cámara (7) de enfriamiento rápido está formada por tubos de refrigeración y aletas, soldados entre sí y que forman un cesto de refrigeración (41), estando dicho cesto (41) colgado de un distribuidor de anillo (43) para distribuir fluido refrigerante, y un colector de anillo (44) para recoger fluido refrigerante.
