Abstract

Portaherramientas que incluye un cuerpo retenedor, un manguito de apriete y un gran número de rodillos de aguja. El cuerpo retenedor tiene una porción de fuste, un collarín formado en un extremo de la misma y un manguito portaherramientas que se extiende desde el collarín en sentido contrario al fuste. El manguito de apriete se adopta sobre el manguito portaherramientas para poder girar y desplazarse axialmente. Los rodillos de aguja se sitúan entre los manguitos portaherramientas y de apriete en toda su circunferencia. El manguito de apriete gira para hacer que los manguitos rueden en espiral sobre la superficie del manguito portaherramientas girando al mismo tiempo sobre sus ejes para reducir y recuperar el diámetro del manguito portaherramientas. Una acanaladura de profundidad determinada se forma en el collarín, opuesta al fuste, rodeando el extremo del manguito portaherramientas por el que se une al collarín.
