Condensador ferroeléctrico no volátil que comprende una película delgada ferroeléctrica de perovskita estratificada de Bi4-xAxTi3O12, en donde dicho componente A es no volátil y por lo menos algunos átomos de dicho componente A ocupa las posiciones A del estrato de perovskita de dicho Bi4-xAxTi3O12, y en donde x es mayor que 0 y menor que 4.
