Abstract
Un troquel de extrusión para co-extruir al menos dos capas de polímeros a temperaturas substancialmente diferentes que comprende: un primer troquel que tiene una tobera de extrusión que define una abertura para extruir un primer material fundido en una configuración predeterminada a lo largo de un eje a través de la primera abertura del troquel: una primera carcasa que tiene un paso para suministrar bajo presión el primer material fundido a una primera temperatura hasta el primer troquel; un segundo troquel, que tiene una abertura para extruir un segundo material fundido a una segunda temperatura diferente a la temperatura del primer material fundido a lo largo de un eje a través de la abertura del segundo troquel sobre la configuración predeterminada extruida desde el primer troquel para laminar dicho segundo material sobre dicha configuración predeterminada; sujetadores que unen el segundo troquel con el primer troquel en yuxtaposición axialmente espaciada al mismo y con los ejes de las aberturas del primero y segundo troquel substancialmente alineadas; una segunda carcasa montada en el segundo troquel y que tiene un paso espaciado axialmente desde dicho primer paso de carcasa para suministrar bajo presión un segundo material fundido hasta la abertura del segundo troquel; una capa de aislamiento entre el primer troquel y el segundo troquel para reducir al mínimo la transferencia térmica entre ellos; una cámara interna que tiene orificios externos en dicho primer troquel adyacentes a dicha capa de aislamiento para hacer circular uido de refrigeración para eliminar el calor de dicho primer troquel para mantener dicho primer troquel a dicha primera temperatura.
