Abstract

Cambiador de calor para la refrigeración de gas de craqueo, con varios tubos de refrigeración (4) que están rodeados respectivamente cada uno de ello por un tubo exterior (6) formándose un espacio intermedio atravesado por una corriente de un medio de refrigeración, estando el tubo de refrigeracion (4) y el tubo exterior (6) soldado en los dos extremos, cada uno de ello en una cámara de agua (7,8) para la alimentación y la evacuación del medio de refrigeración , constando la cámara de agua(,7,8), de una pieza maciza con forama de tira, en la que se han realizado rebajes (11) con forma circular a una distancia entre si, de manera que cada rebaje (11) rodea a un único tubo de refrigeración (4), el diámetro del rebaje (11) es igual o mayor que el diámetro interior del tubo exterior (6), y el diámetro interior del tubo exterior (6) coincide con el diámetro del rebaje (11) en el punto de unión por soldadura del tubo exterior (6) con la cámara de agua (7, 8), teniendo el rebaje (11) en la zona delos extremos de los tubos de refrigeración (4) un fondo delgado (12) con forma de anillo con un pequeño grosor de la pared restante, en cuyo fondo está unido por soldadura el tubo de refrigeración (4), de manera que, para la alimentación y la evacuación del medio de refrigeración, desemboca en cada rebaje (11) un taladro (13) que pasa a taravés de la pared lateral de la cámara (7,8), constando la pieza con forma de tira que forma la cámara de agua (7,8), de partes individuales,( 7.1,7.2,7.3,8.1.8.2,8.3) unidad entre si en forma separable , en la que está realizado un único rebaje (11) que rodea a un tubo de refrigeración (4), y extendiéndose la unión entre las partes (7.1,7.2,7.3,8.1,8.2,8.3) en el sentido longitudinal de los tubos de refrigeración (4)
