Abstract

Disposición para perforar túneles, caracteriza escudos tubulares delantero y trasero unidos telescopicamente medios de agarre en dicho escudo trasero para agarrar a la pared del túnel a fin de anclar el escudo trasero contra el movimiento; una cola de dicho escudo trasero que se extiende hacia atrás de los medios de agarre, proporcionando espacio bajo el amparo de dicho escudo trasero dentro del cual se construye un forro seccional de túnel; medios de arietes de empuje interconectados entre los escudos delantero y trasero, para empujar el escudo del antero hacia adelante con respecto al escudo trasero mientras que el escudo trasero queda anclado en posición por los medios de agarre; medios accionados de fresado de terreno en dicho escudo delantero para arrancar material del frente del túnel durante el movimiento hacia adelante del escudo delantero; y medios, transportadores accionados que se extienden desde dichos medios accionados de fresado de terreno hacia atrás a través de dichos escudos delantero y trasero.
