SE PRESENTA UN METODO PARA EFECTUAR UN TRATAMIENTO MEDIANTE CALOR DE LECHE FRESCA NO PASTEURIZADA, QUE DESPUES DE SU ENVASADO SE DISTRIBUYE Y SE ALMACENA A TEMPERATURAS DE ENTRE 5 (GRADOS) Y 10 (GRADOS) C, Y MEDIANTE EL CUAL EL CONTENIDO DE ESPORAS AEROBICAS, PSICOTROFICAS SE REDUCE EN LA LECHE AL MENOS 10 ELEVADO A 6 VECES. LA LECHE SE CALIENTA DIRECTAMENTE SIENDO INYECTADA A UNA ATMOSFERA DE VAPOR. SUBSECUENTEMENTE, LA LECHE Y EL VAPOR SE MANTIENEN A UNA TEMPERATURA DE MANTENIMIENTO DE ENTRE 130 (GRADOS) Y 145 (GRADOS) C DURANTE MENOS DE 1 SEGUNDO.
