SEGUN LA INVENCION SE OBTIENE UN CUERPO CATODICO QUE INCLUYE; UN SUBSTRATO, UNA CAPA DE ELECTRODO INFERIOR FORMADA SOBRE EL SUBSTRATO, UNA CAPA CATODICA, FORMADA SOBRE LA CAPA DE ELECTRODO INFERIOR, QUE UTILIZA UN EMISOR FERROELECTRICO; UNA CAPA DE ELECTRODO SUPERIOR FORMADA SOBE LA CAPA DE ELECTRODO SUPERIOR, QUE TIENE ZONAS CAPACES DE EMITIR ELECTRONES DESDE LA SUPERFICIE DE LA MISMA; Y UNA CAPA DE ELECTRODOS MODULADORES FORMADAS SOBRE LA CAPA DE ELECTRODO SUPERIOR, PARA CONTROLAR LA EMISION DE ELECTRONES DESDE LAS ZONAS EMISORAS DE ELECTRONES DE LA CAPA DE ELECTRODO SUPERIOR.
