LOS COMPONENTES MONOMERICOS SE PUEDEN POLIMERIZAR EN UN MOLDE DE POLIESTIRENO PARA LA FABRICACION DE LENTES DE CONTACTO Y, CUANDO AUMENTAN DE VOLUMEN CON EL AGUA, SON ADECUADAS PARA UTILIZARLAS COMO LENTES DE CONTACTO DE HIDROGEL BLANDAS.
