Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Hydrogele, enthaltend Wasser und Polyethylenglykoldimethacrylate in polymerisierter Form, wobei die Polymethacrylatblöcke so kurz sind, dass sie keine eigene Phase ausbilden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Hydrogele. Diese Hydrogele weisen einen geringen Haze auf und finden Verwendung als Kontaktlinsenmaterial, Elektrophoresegele, Membranmaterialien und Antidröhnmassen.
