EL PROCEDIIENTO PROPUESTO SE CARACTERIZA POR MEDIO DE UNA SERIE DE OPERACIONES DISEÑADAS PARA PREVENIR QUE LAS BURBUJAS DE AIRE SE ELEVEN EN LA COLADA ORIGINANDO CONSTRICCIONES INCONTROLABLES EN PARTES DE LA TOBERA Y CON ELLO SE PERTURBE LA EXTENSION DE LA COLADA SOBRE LA CORREA TRANSPORTADORA. EL EQUIPO DE BANDA PARA FUNDIR UNA BANDA CON DIMENSIONES PROXIMAS A LAS DIMENSIONES FINALES DISPONE DE UNA CORREA TRANSPORTADORA Y UN RECIPIENTE DE ALMACENAMIENTO DECOLADA COMPRENDIENDO UNA CAMARA PRINCIPAL Y UNA CAMARA DE VERTIDO DE COLADA CON ELEMENTO DE CIERRE QUE CIERRA EL ACCESO A LA TOBERA.
