CADA BLOQUE Y SUB-BLOQUES CORRESPONDIENTES DE DATOS DE PIXEL (PUNTOS) SE SOMETE A UNA OPERACION (10A-10D) DE TRANSFORMACION DE COSENO DISCRETO (DCT COSINE TRANSFORM).
