LA INVENCION SE REFIER A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL SECADO SIMULTANEO Y CRISTALIZACION DE MATERIAL SINTETICO TERMOPLASTICO CON CAPACIDAD DE CRISTALIZACION, POR EJEMPLO TEREFTALATO DE POLIETILENO, EN DONDE EL PLASTICO ES EXTRUSIONADO A PARTIR DE LA COLADA EN FORMA DE CORDON, SOLIDIFICANDO EN LA SUPERFICIE MEDIANTE PROCESO DE TEMPLADO EN AGUA Y CRISTALIZANDO MEDIANTE TRATAMIENTO DE GAS Y SECADO, UTILIZANDO UN DISPOSITIVO PARA ENFRIAMIENTO Y SECADO DEL CORDON QUE EMERGE A PARTIR DE LA BOQUILLA, DISPONIENDO DE UN CANAL DE FUNDICION CON SU EXTREMO DE ACEPTACION DISPUESTO DEBAJO DE LA BOQUILLA Y UN DISPOSITIVO QUE PRODUCE UN FLUJO DE REFRIGERANTE SOBRE EL CANAL DE FUNDICION DENTRO DE LA SECCION DE TEMPLADO.
